I’ve eaten at this establishment three times. The first time I enjoyed the food and my daughter did as well. The second experience food was cooked to order but I was shortened two tenders the manager he was kind and professional and I was given the correct amount of tenders. My last visit the food was not as preferable as the other visits and I told manager fries were salty and drinks were switched. The manager was kind and gave us the correct tea. Also I was charged for extra sauce and that’s fine the young man at the window should have informed me of the charge. Overall I would eat here again because food is cooked to order I would just order no salt in fries. Also thank management for having good customer service. It takes a good developed team for excellence and it would be a good establishment maybe if they had enough trained staff.

The kids that work there they play too much. I had a problem with my order so I called them to get it right. They took the food back and gave it right back. So I pulled off then pulled right back around and told them I wanted a refund and I was going to report their actions. The girl that was on duty came out and made my order correct but I wanted to still call in on her coworker she truly saved them. I explained to her, would you want your food to be given to you in a way that you’re not satisfied with, and she said no, then I was like ok so you see where I was coming from. She apologized. The young men that were on duty that day with her, nooooo!

Horrible experience here. I didn’t mind waiting for my chicken, as they were cooked to order but my strips tasted like burnt grease. Management, change your grease! I was really upset to get home and open my box, only to find that it tasted like pure burned grease. I went to the location in Auburn on last week and it was excellent. No excuses for this

Waited at speaker for 10 mins after she said one minute please (so I know they were open & speaker working). Asked if I could place order more than once, completely ignored as line backed up deeper & deeper. Food has always been good but we haven’t been there in a while & since I never got to order can’t comment on it now.

Waited in line for burnt chicken box. The fries matched the chicken. I was unable to eat it. It was very salty too. The chicken sandwich was good and Arnold Palmer. I’ve never had salty burnt food from this location before. I guess there’s a first for everything. I hopped on the freeway and when I arrived home I discovered it and it was too late.

Stopped for a quick lunch on the go, but it wasn’t so quick. They were not that busy when I pulled up but it took a while to get my food. This location is drive thru only so it should move much faster. Good food though.

The workers were super nice and took care of my order. The orders were correct and they even gave me an extra sauce which I was thankful for. The food was on point as it always is when we go here. I would always recommend Guthrie’s mainly because of the service and quality of the food.
