So I have been coming to this McDonald’s since I was a kid. I currently have been going to this one more recently because. I sometimes need a quick choice for coffee on my way to work. I’m leaving this review because I am annoyed as of late. First I want to start off by saying the only highlight of this place is Brandon who works breakfast/lunch just about every time I come in. He’s awesome and truly the only good employee they have. The manager Vanessa is rude as all get out and refused to serve me breakfast once even though I ordered it in the app on my way to work. And I made sure the order was in before 10:30 which is the listed time they stop serving breakfast. I showed up and Vanessa refused to do anything. I then lost my rewards points that I used in my order and never got them back. And today sadly I didn’t get their name but the staff member who gave me my coffee and took my order was super rude! No “Hi how are you” or “how’s your morning?”. Just handed me my coffee and didn’t say a word! Rude!!! Not too mention she got mad because I wanted to add a coffee for $1.99 to my app order because the app didn’t have that option. It’s amazing how much the staff here seem to hate their jobs and not value their customers. Brandon honestly deserves a raise because he’s the only highlight this l lagoon has right now!

I am a regular customer here. I always order the same food for my kids. 3 $6 meals one of them no cheese and plain. They always seem to mess up the order somehow. I have to check to make sure there is no cheese on my son’s burger every time I go because he will not eat it if it has cheese. Yesterday they didn’t give us one of the nuggets that comes with the meal deal and today they didn’t give us a burger that comes with the meal deal. I understand this is a busy place but this shouldn’t be an ongoing issue of always forgetting something or putting cheese on burger when asked for no cheese/plain. Please do better! Sincerely a regular customer.

I am at the McDonald’s here in Oceanside. We stopped because we’re going on the way to the Harrah’s casino and we purchased some food so I decided to use the restroom. I politely ask the lady out front too Please re stock the bathrooms with toilet paper since they were completely out of toilet paper But it seems like it’s not a big deal. It’s been almost 15 minutes and still no toilet paper on the bathroom I may sound too picky, but it just seems like it’s not important to her. I cannot review the food yet because I haven’t received my food yet. We are going to be on our way and we will eat the food in our car on our way to the casino.

Honestly the drive thru was quick and easy. Paired with good customer service the guy who took my order and my payment seemed like he actually wanted to do his job. That was a change for sure most McDonald’s employees don’t want to even help you regardless of their job.

The food seems to be alright but they have really bad customer service! Yesterday on thanksgiving I went at around 8:20pm, I placed an order for curbside and I waited outside until 8:50pm, I was outside for 30 minutes so I said okay they are taking way too long to bring my food so I went through the drive thru and as I drove up to it, someone said Hi, how can I help you, will you be using your app today? and I replied with, I had ordered 30m ago and wanted to check on the status of my order and then they just stopped answering and I proceeded to wait there for about 5 more minutes saying hello, is anyone there? then I proceeded to drive up to the windows where I clearly saw one person a bit far away and I started knocking on the window to see if someone was gonna come help me out and I never got an answer until another customer was also at the other window and he got down from his car to go knock at the other window, then I asked him if he got helped and he said that the employees said they closed at 8pm because of thanksgiving. This is really bad customer service, they could of just told me that at the drive thru instead of asking me if I was using my app like if they where gonna take an order and also really bad because nobody came up to the window when I knocked and honked a few times, they could of at least came and said sorry we are closed or at the bare minimum put up a sign that says they where closed already.

pulled up to the drive through a full hour before closing, just getting off of work, was asked if I was using the mobile app, and heard nothing else. asked twice if somebody was there, still no response. I drove up to the first window, and someone from inside ‘pointed’ to the next one, so I drove up again. sat there for a while and still no response or acknowledgment, so I drove off and spent my money elsewhere.

Everyone is rude here no matter the time. Every time I pull into a lane to speak in always told to hold on and the other lane even though they come after me gets helped first and I’m still waiting. But this morning 1/25/26 the girl in the first window was rude and acted like I was a bother. Eyes rolling and aggressively throws my receipt at me no greetings or thank you. Just a horrible attitude. I’m done coming here and will be letting other people know how horrible us customers are treated. Will be spending our money elsewhere.

I wanted to try McDonald’s new limited time world wide “Tomato Mozzarella Crispy Chicken on a artisan bun” on July 19, 2019, this Sandwich was really delicious the chicken patty was very crispy, thick, and juicy. It was a party in my mouth!
The medium size French Fries was crunchy and was
lightly seasoned with salt and for dessert I ate the
Hot Fudge Sundae with reduced fat vanilla ice cream
and Fisher peanuts. I love peanuts on my ice cream.
The cashier who took my order was very friendly and polite. The woman manager was very nice and
gave me a take out Sundae carrier with a lot of
napkins and ketchup. McDonald’s customer service was excellent.

Pool Service. They got the size of my order wrong, and when I talked to the manager, she said that they were going to give me what they charged me. No apology in not giving me what I wanted. The manager itself has a very bad attitude. This is not the first time that this has happened to me. I will not go back there. I will just drive 5 minutes down the street and go down two different McDonald’s.
