Absolutely amazing! The hidden gem in Utah. I didn’t expect too much when I enter the restaurant, but the atmosphere was very unique, and server was extremely friendly or genuinely welcoming me. I ordered mango lassi, one of the best lassi I had. Very refreshing and sweet! After that, i got soup and dishes. All the dishes are exceptional, and it is really give nice spice. Curry was typical Indian curry, but it was so good. Nan was perfect, and they gave me a dessert drink (spicy yogurt), it was very interesting and spicy (hot). Like bloody marry, but yogurt instead of tomato juice. But all the experience was something that I dont expect from the Utah. This place is just worth of traveling to visit. Absolutely amazing!

Absolutely amazing service. Chicken Tikka was my favourite. Had that done hot and it wasn’t too spicy. Naan was great flavours with super thin and chewy texture. Lamb coconut curry was the only not great dish. Next time I’ll do chicken.

Alem is the best waitress this place has ever had. In fact she ran the entire from area from seating parties, taking orders, bussing tables and answering phones. WOW, what a rock star. Guras has always had the best Indian food in Utah but there service always lacked…no longer. They are really lucky to have this caliber of attentiveness. My knife fell during our meal and while she was near the back on a call, she proactively brought me a clean knife. Food speclatular as always. Their coconut curry is so flavorful and sweet that I lap up ever bit of it with my tasty garlic naan. Meat is tender and flavorful.

We forgot to take photos of our food because we were too eager to dig in. Absolutely delicious! Manish took excellent care of us. This was our first time dining in (take home has been our go-to and was tasty enough we wanted to try dining in). We overheard a group next to us and one of the people said that this is her favorite restaurant. I don’t blame her! We were celebrating so we ordered the Mixed Bread, Mixed Snacks, Chicken Vindaloo, Chicken Coconut Curry. All top notch! Thank you! We will be back!

I went to the buffet today at Guras Spice House. The staff was incredibly friendly and I don’t think our server stopped smiling the whole time we were there. The buffet is laid out weird with the plates in the center and food on both sides. Also there didn’t appear to be any logical placement of the dishes with the Rice, dessert, and “appetizers” located toward the center of the line as well. I have been to many of the local Indian restaurants and I would say this one is above average on flavor. I didn’t have anything that blew me away, but everything that I did have tested good. Another oddity was that the website says the buffet includes a drink (soda), no drink was offered to us. There is a drink station, but it is oddly located and not clear if it is included in the buffet. Since I don’t drink soda it was not an issue. On the up side, our drinks were topped off often (4+ times) and never got below half full (and I drink a lot of water). I would definitely recommend if you are in the area. With most of these small dinning establishments the food quality probably varies a good amount, but today the food was good. I probably would’t drive past some of my other locations to get here, but if I was in the middle I might choose this one.

Walking into the restaurant you’re greeted with smells of tikka masala and spices. Staff are super humble and attentive to your table. Delicious food and clean atmosphere. I definitely recommend the Chicken Tikka Tandoori! I can’t wait to come back again.

Food is delicious. Our waiter had a smile on his face the whole time and was moving swift to meet everyone’s needs. They brought out a round of free lassis for everyone. Will definitely return here soon.

This is delicious and incredible. Comparable to the authentic Indian I’ve had in NYC. We get the tikki masala with white rice and garlic naan. Highly recommend this dish! Great service as well.
