So I ate here for the first time a couple days ago. Since then, I have been back two more times in the same week! My favorites so far are the Bao Tacos, and Bok Bok wings. I ate the wings before I could get a picture. Trust me though this place is good. This just might be my new favorite place to eat in Pensacola.

Had some really great food here! Got the Bao Tacos and the Shrimp Spring Rolls, also had a Passion Fruit infused Tea that is not pictured that was delicious! Great modern Vietnamese spot right in the middle of Pensacola. Very clean and good vibes for dining in. Highly recommend to anyone who is look for a new and refreshing taste lately, I’ll be back for sure!

The best part about this place is their broth. The vegan broth flavor is very deep and is the most authentic tasting vegan broth we’ve found in town. You can tell they know how to spice their pho. I can’t give them 5 stars because the noodles are always over cooked. It’s where they miss. I’ve been four times and each time after my first, I’ve requested that they don’t cook the noodles for as long as they normally do. They usually make a note for the kitchen but every time they are still soggy, falling apart and chewy with no bite at all. The soggiest pho noodles I’ve ever had from a restaurant or from my Vietnamese family members. Also, the pho condiments aren’t served with the soup. There is a toppings and sauces bar instead, which is almost always empty. I have to ask them to refill it each time, which is a bit annoying because I hate to bother them, I feel it should be monitored better and stay stocked if they aren’t serving the condiments directly like most places. The soup spoons are plastic. The spring rolls have good flavor but taste like they’re prepped way ahead because the wrappers are always hard and dry. Honestly, the broth is just so good so I’ll keep coming back for it but next time I’m picking up an order of rice noodles from either PhoEver or Golden Palace and then I’ll just order the broth from Basil & Sprout and bring my own soup spoon from home lol. I think it would completely elevate the experience. All in all, this place would be phenomenal if there was just a little bit more love and care put into the little details.

First time visiting and we’ll definitely be regulars now! We placed a to-go order of chicken pho, beef pho, the BBQ pork rice plate, and pork eggrolls. Everything tasted amazing, portions are generous, staff is friendly. Thank you!

Super clean and well managed this place has some good choices and delivers on the delicious classic pho and bahn mai sandwiches. They have indoor and outdoor dining. Service is friendly and helpful. Shrimp egg rolls are to die for.
Don’t miss this locals spot. If you’re near Cordova Mall it’s across Bayou adjacent to Winn Dixie.

Stop by and give them a try. You won’t be dissatisfied. I’ll definitely be going back.

I tried the Skinny Buddha Vermicelli Bowl with fried tofu. Most of the veg was bok choi (which I’m not a fan of) and it could have used a bit more tofu pieces in it for the price. The flavor was good and the fried tofu was delicious! Nice mix of noodles & veg. Thai tea was not as strong as I’m use to but was still decent. Very cute atmosphere! They do have outside seating in an enclosed patio area.

I was really excited to try Basil & Sprout, when I saw it recommended for me. We went there for dinner and we enjoyed our Pho. I got the Buddha Pho and my sister had the Beef Pho and she got the pork egg rolls as well. I also got a tea infused with mango. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. It was clean, and the staff was polite. 10/10 would recommend. We will definitely go again!!

I was so excited to find a vegan pho. The Buddha pho was delicious with a mushroom broth and plenty of veggies and tofu.

I was unfortunately underwhelmed. I ordered the garlic noodles since they seemed to be the popular choice, and found them pretty lacking in flavor. The shrimps were good, I just wish there were more of them. I also ordered the shrimp and pork belly spring rolls , but someone must have forgotten the pork belly cus there was none in mine. The spring rolls did taste fresh and came in large portions which I did appreciate.
The spring rolls were definitely worth it, despite them giving me the wrong ones.
The atmosphere is really cute, and the outdoor seating area is quite nice.

The food was amazing, and there was a lot of it, too! My only complaint was that there was a lot of ice in the boba, it tasted great but I wished there was more actual tea and less ice, and the crushed ice made it awkward to drink because it kept coming up the straw.
