Today we tried to eat here after church and we had a terrible experience. First I dropped my wife (8.5 months pregnant) off at the door while I went to find a parking spot. She went in and said we are a party of 8 to which the girl at the counter said she couldn’t sit her until the whole party is there. Okay. My wife then asked for a glass of water while she waited because it was very warm. The girl said no not until you seated. My wife waited a few min and felt faint from the heat and being so far along in her pregnancy and asked again, “I’m sorry, but I’m 8.5 months pregnant can I please have a glass of water?” And the girl snapped and said no they only have one waitress and won’t serve her until she’s sitting. 7 of our party was here and the other was still looking for parking and we asked if we could sit because my wife really wasn’t doing well and she tried to give us a table for 5. We said we have 8 and she said she couldn’t sit us (which yes it’s a bigger party but I wish she would have said that from the start instead of making us wait) then my wife said she didn’t care where she sat but needed water and the girl AGAIN said no not until we’re all seated and ordered food. We ended up leaving. Terrible customer service and experience.

i ordered chicken cheese and rice and they gave me chicken and rice but no cheese and when I asked for some cheese to put on it she said it would have to order a large cheese dip they said they were going to charge me extra. oh then while I was eating she managed to approach me and tell me to check myself because I left a bad review she is very rude!!!! honestly this is probably the worst restaurant in Pleasant view mainly because the staff is so rude.

I went there tonight for the very first time and wasn’t happy when I left. The lady gave me my ticket and it was $79 something. I ask the lady how my order was that much she couldn’t tell me why so I ask her to ring it up for me so I can see it. She did and then it came to $71 and the final bill was $69.68 which still didn’t make since because I had three kids with me. Which we got two kids meals and two adults meals with dranks! Needless to say I will not be back in that place. I go to pay for my food and the lady threw my bank card back at me and then starting calling me a Bxxxx. I then ask for my receipt that she didn’t let me sign at all. Very RUDE I will never go back to this place. Watch people like this! The lady said she was the owner.

On Friday evening my husband and I with our 6 yr old grand son tried to eat at this restaurant now mind you my grandson is very picky eater so we ran by sonic to get him something and we walked in with sonic in our hand no one said anything we were ask how many in our party then we were told 15 minutes we were completely ok with that wait so we stood out of the way for other who may be coming in the door. Another family came in and they were seated ahead of us then the host told me I couldn’t have outside food . I would have been fine with that but she was rude and she could have explained that to me when we walked in not wasted my time waiting to just be pushed aside.

Ordered two taco plates thinking they would bring what are known as traditional tacos like any place in Springfield serves. Instead we got hardshell tacos that were the same quality as taco bell. The meat was flavorless like truly an insult to Mexican food.

I chose 1 star because it wouldn’t let me write a review without one. This location has been closed multiple times during normal working hours on a Friday night. The service at this establishment is absolutely embarrassing to experience. We have never seen the dining room full and that might be because they never have it open completely. Tonight. My wife, two girls, in-laws, and myself (6) were not allowed to sit at the same table. Four adults and two children. Would not be allowed to sit together. With tables that seat 6 in the back half of the dining room, we were not going to sit at separate tables. I would add there were only 4 people in the dining room at 6:30pm. So any crews that plan to attend this business, be forewarned, you might have to split up and look at tables that could fit your family at once.

If it were an option, I’d give this place zero stars. We had always enjoyed eating there, until our last visit. Joanna is beyond rude! We had an issue with an item on our ticket, that we shouldn’t have been charged for. She handled it very unprofessionally. My daughter, after being treated so rudely, told Joanna that she could see why they are closed the majority of the time, if this is the way she treats customers. Joanna’s reply was “what’s your f’ing problem?” Yes, she actually said it. Professional, right? She then opened the register, pulled cash out to refund the item we should not have been charged for, and threw it across the counter at my daughter. My daughter told her to keep it because obviously they needed it more than she did. She then suggested Joanna give it to our waiter because he was actually pleasant. Instead, she put it back in the register. Our waiter was American and my daughter told her it was nice to see they hire Americans now, as she had gone there to apply for a job in high school, and was told “we don’t hire Americans”. Joanna then pointed her finger in my daughter’s face and yelled “shut up!” Maybe she didn’t want the only other two people in there eating, to hear that. As my daughter headed to the door, Joanna went on to tell me that my daughter needed to be careful how she talked to people. She could take her own advice, and maybe they’d be able to open the doors more often. If she treats her employees the way she treats customers, then it’s no surprise they’re always hiring.

Food is great but they’re NEVER OPEN… went by there at 5pm on a Thursday when the sign says they’re open till 8pm. It was a ghost town as usual.
