I went down with my brother to get some food. Originally we planned to go to the cabana down the street, but the wait time was ridiculous so we decided to try out the food here. It’s a neat setup. They have a food truck-style shop set up outside of a place called 13 Below and you can take your food into the bar and eat or eat outside on the many picnic tables if that is your preference. The staff was friendly and the food was ready in about 15-20 mins. They have a QR code on the menu that you can use to place your order online so that you don’t have to stand in line. This is also nice because theoretically you could order before you leave the house or on the way and the food will be ready to pick up when you get there. I got the brisket grilled cheese with a side of the barn burner sauce which is their hottest, and a side of mac and cheese. I also got the tater tots and the chili cheese fries. My brother got the pulled pork sandwich with the Carolina gold sauce, and a side of Mexican street corn. The food, with one exception, was fantastic. My brisket sandwich was tender and juicy and cheesy, and the barn burner sauce was a bit sweet with a little kick. Nothing to be scared of, but lots of flavor. The tater tots were filled with cheese and other things, they were huge and delicious. The sour cream they came with was a perfect choice for dipping. The chili cheese fries were very good. Chili was rich and well seasoned with a couple of different meats in it, and the fries would’ve been amazing by themselves. Crispy and fluffy with great seasoning. The pulled pork sandwich was “fall apart in your mouth” tender and that Carolina BBQ I think is my new favorite sauce. I wanted more for sure. Super good sauce. The Mexican street corn was off the chain. Great sauce, and a good amount of cheese. Tangy but sweet. Delicious. This brings us to the one disappointment of the meal. The Mac and Cheese. I’ll be honest, it was pretty bad. The noodles were well cooked and it looked like it would be scrumptious, but there was zero flavor. None. Tasted like plain boiled noodles. I’m sure there was cheese on them somewhere… I mean I could see it, but couldn’t taste it at all. The Mac and cheese is the only reason they are getting 4 stars and not 5. Past the sandwich, it was my most looked forward to part of the meal. Overall, would I recommend trying them out? Absolutely! Well worth it! I would go back again, and who knows, maybe they will try something new with the mac and cheese. Happy feasting!

We were at 13 Below Brewery and looking for a snack. This food truck is parked in front of the brewery, so we gave it a try. We ordered a chili and sauerkraut balls. The chili was good, but OMG… the sauerkraut balls were amazing! Best we’ve ever had! We will definitely be back and try more of their food!

They had a wide range of options. Smoked meats, wings, Cold sandwiches, and a few salads. We tried the wings and pulled pork sandwich. They made it convenient to order with a QR code and updates on your phone letting you know when everything’s ready.

I had the Grilled Cheese Brisket Sandwich and it was very good. I was equally impressed with the smoked wings (far superior to Wild Mikes, Wing Stop, etc). Terrific BBQ sauce too! Friendly service! Very happy I tried this little food truck outside of the brewery!

Ordered on-line (the only way to do it). They don’t answer phones. Ordered pulled pork sandwich with sweet smokey sauce. I also ordered the sweet corn spoon bread (on the menu but did not have). And fried onions. When I picked up there was no slaw and had to order it and was charged. Everything very sloppily put together and no barbecue sauce. Just a dry sandwich. Do not waste your money. Never again.

Everything I’ve tried is delicious. Highly recommend the Ruben!! My son has food allergies (egg/tree nuts) and the staff has been super helpful in navigating what menu items are safe for him to eat (he loves the smoked wings and house salad). Kid-friendly with tables outside the truck and on the patio at 13 Below. This is one of our go-to spots!!!

I wasn’t expecting to be blown away for my first time trying this place just because I ordered them through doordash, but I was more than thrilled about the barbecue at this charming little joint. The pulled pork was somehow still juicy as well as tender and delicious, despite its trip to my house. Adding to it was their excellent Carolina style vinegar sauce, which is rare to find around here, that really took the sandwich over the top with a little slaw.

In fact, I was also rather impressed with their sauces: the sweet apple was delightful, also sort of rare around here as most of us aren’t accustomed to fruit bbq sauces, the sweet and Smokey/barn burner sauces, Carolina Gold, bourbon and bacon were all unique and delicious. A lot of joints will try to serve up multiple sauces but often fail to deliver in the flavor category. This is not the case with incline smoke shack.

I will be returning here very soon

Awesome quick food from outside a fantastic brewery. Food is always fresh, juicy, and fast. The BBQ sauce selection is fantastic and varied enough to come back wanting to try something new.

Perfect place to grab some grub (and a brew next door) after a walk in the park.
