Nice peaceful small Greek restaurant. An excellent place to visit with people. Food was fantastic, I had the gyro, which was good. The chef came out to check on us and talked for a few minutes. No doubt a place I will visit when I’m in the area. FYI parking is free on Sundays.

Greek From Greece is a little touch of Greece in downtown Kennett Sq. The food is SO authentic, the to-go goodies are mostly imported from overseas, and the atmosphere is incredibly hospitable which a truly makes you feel like you’re in Europe.

Finally had a chance to try GFG and it didn’t disappoint. The food was delicious and the flavors on point. We ordered Mousaka, Pastichio, a Souvlaki Platter with pita and the mini Giannotiko. Prices are very reasonable and we had plenty for two meals. Will be back for sure!

I love that their vegan options are real items instead of just removing things and leaving half a menu item left. The vegan spanakopita was devine, it almost didn’t last long enough for a picture! And the vegan gyro was so tasty. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you, GFG, for really stepping up to the plate on these.

I can’t believe I didn’t try this place sooner! My husband loves (among other things) their salads and Walnut Cake and I’m obsessed with their amazing New Yorker Breakfast sandwich (bacon, egg, chedder, on fresh brioche), their delicious Avocado toast (fresh and delicious sourdough with cream cheese, smashed avocado and a sunny side up egg with everything bagel seasoning), and their Cali Club which is served on what seems like a delicious kind of buttered garlic toast, with REALLY excellent shaved turkey, crispy bacon, avocado, aioli and lettuce and tomato). The manager and staff are all very friendly, welcoming, and lovely!

I strongly recommend this restaurant! The staff are courteous and cheerful. They made the experience overall pleasant. The decorations, lighting, and atmosphere all made the restaurant inviting especially on a cool, rainy day. The food was excellent! I ordered the Mediterranean chicken wrap and it was so flavorful!
