Cash or check only. This would be my first choice for breakfast if I was in the area. Breakfast was quick and delicious. Good service. Interior is dated but don’t let it distract you from the good food and service. Coffee wasn’t so good… My only criticism. There is a smoking section in the back of the restaurant.

We were in Mountain View, MO this past weekend during Pioneer Days and stopped by Granny’s for some breakfast. After reading the reviews about her delicious biscuits and gravy, we had to try them. They did not disappoint! The homemade biscuits were fluffy, and the country gravy was so flavorful. Granny is quite a cook! And the staff is very friendly and attentive as well. Katie was our waitress. Her cheery disposition made us feel right at home.

We were in Mtn view for a funeral and was looking for somewhere to eat. Granny stayed open after hours to feed us, and even came out and asked us if we want more. I would make the trip again just to eat again!

The best, fluffiest biscuit I’ve ever eaten! The service was amazing. Felt like family. The omelet was delicious. We are leaving with a $5 cinnamon roll that’s the size of my head!
