Ordered delivery and the lady wrote a $5 dollar tip for herself. When i asked her about why there was already a tip she said that i tipped online. If you have ever ordered from them before you know that you (THE CUSTOMER, NOT THE STAFF) has a spot to write how much you’d like to tip when you sign for your order. She said “next time we’ll double check the tip.” Average food. Poor service. I won’t support their business again.

Used to go here a lot prior COVID-19. Went here recently with my little ones. Food is still good, awesome portions, but prices have definitely gone up a lot. Will still probably go here again. We all really enjoyed the food.

I had low expectations after reading previous reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience and intend to return in the future! My order was complete in 15 minutes. The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. There were chili peppers in my General Tso’s chicken, which I am grateful for since I’ve eaten in places that neglect to add the spice element. The mongolian beef dish was also appropriately spicy as well! Not offensively spicy, but enough that you could feel it linger on your tongue over the duration of the meal.

Never order delivery from this place. Quoted 45-50 mins for delivery. After 1hr and 15 m8ns i called and they were unaware where the driver was. Ask for a refund told they would call back with confirmation of refund. 15 minutes later food showed up, told them I was suppose to receive a refund, driver insisted I sign slip. When I finally did and asked for food she refused to give it to me. Called again and they asked if I want food or refund, at this point just give me refund. Told them if they dont i will be contacting police for credit card theft (as I have the slip with mt signature) Don’t do any business with this so called restaurant.

Moved down the street from this place. Ordered a good bit of food from here and it was the last time I ordered from here. Overpriced for the quality. Had to ask for sauces and she kinda rolled her eyes after doing so.

I placed an order at 4:24pm. i picked up my food at about 4:45 ish, i come home,. my husband and i are eating and he looked and down and theres hair in his food. so i decided to call back they gave me a run around, and when they did call back and i was on the phone with the “ manager “ she was very rude and inconsiderate and told em there’s no way there hair in the food being no females work in the kitchen but when i picked up my food she was coming from the kitchen. when i asked her to refund me ( for the food the hair was in )she told me no she couldn’t do that and she also told me there was no way she was remaking my food.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Way overpriced, their food is average taste wise. Their chicken had a chewy rubbery texture, I had to spit it out and felt sick after eating. The white rice is dry, I paid over $60 for my family and I to eat and it was a total waste of money. The workers/ owners are very rude and we’re raising their voice at me on the phone after I called and complained about how I had ordered PLAIN lo mein and they had given me lo mein with beef, onions etc in it and they had told me to pick everything out. It was loaded with other stuff and barely any actual noodles in it. If you’re looking for a good spot to order food from order come Yangs Garden in Columbia, their food is always fresh and good. They also deliver in a timely matter unlike this place took over an order to bring me my food when I’m not even 5 minutes away.

Ordered delivery. Food was good but service was way too slow . Over an hour to deliver. I called they said they would call me back but never did. I called back again and got a different person . Eventually my food showed up cold.

After reading the reviews I gave it a shot. Tik tok said that the best Chinese stops are 3.5 stars. This was the truth. I went in, it was clean and I had no wait. My food was hot and delicious. Not oily at all. They seemed like a family restaurant and it was tense from what it sounded like out back but there wasn’t any rudeness out front. I loved my meal and the portions were great. Will definitely order from here again.
