We arrived at 6pm with a group of 10 people. No one else was in the restaurant at the time we arrived. Our server was on his own while 2 other employees sat at a table wrapping silverware. It look 2 people at our table over 20 mins to get their drinks while the ladies sat not offering to help at all. Service alone was poor, which makes even the best of meals leave a bad taste. This was our 4thtime at this restaurant and service has been poor 3 out of 4 times, this is our last visit here.

Would love to have tried it. Sat for over 20 min and watched as others got served first. We are pretty patient, so I asked the hostess about being served soon. I didn’t see her again until we were walking out the door 5 minutes later and only then was she letting the servers know we hadn’t been served. Really bad service, we won’t be back!

My second time coming here. I usually go to the salsas on Collins road but I moved to the area and tried this one out. It has been consistently good the past two times I’ve been. If you want an excellent server, ask for Pedro. I’m actually a server myself so i was extremely pleased with his service. Will definitely be going to this location from now on

Service was very poor tonight. We eat here at least once every 2 weeks, the food was OK, but is usually much better. The service was almost non existent. Thus there was no tip left, and a note on the receipt.

Not sure why people complaining about . Going to restaurant and don’t wanna spend few $$s. Go to mcdonalds than it will be cheaper. The food tests really good. And how can you even get 1 star to the restaurant who get you free salsa and chips before your order even ready. I almost missed my delicious meal because of you guys. Definitely 5 stars

We go here every Tuesday since we moved to Jax and every time we have had amazing food and amazing service. We love this place! We’ve probably had every waiter/waitress in the place at least once and they are all awesome. I highly recommend you get the black beans, they are the best I’ve ever had.
