I’m from the Cincinnati area, and I’ve been a regular customer of this home time favorite. Driving home from Louisville and happened upon those location and of course had to visit. My wife’s first time and she, we weren’t disappointed. The store was bright, cheery, the staff was exceptional and their customer SERVICE was outstanding and REAL down home courteous. Of course the ice cream was the normal OUT OF THIS WORLD BEST STUFF IN THE UNIVERSE ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Was looking for a good brownie a la mode for one last hoorah before I start my no sugar added diet. My favorite was Steak n Shake’s but they weirdly took it off the menu. Was hoping Graeters would be comparable but no such luck. Dried up and cold brownie and less than stellar vanilla ice cream. I can’t stand wasted calories. Ugh
