It’s an old school vibe. Like it’s probably not changed much since the 80’s. Which I loved. Took me back in time. Our waitress, Amanda I think, I’m sorry if I got that wrong, started with an “A”. She was great. Probably the best fried pickles I’ve ever had. House made. The appetizer trio is enough for 4 people EASILY. That’s a warning. Great portions. We will be back.

My wife and I happened to pass by the other day and both said we should try that place out. We recently moved to this area. Love mom and pop restaurants! We had a great experience for our first time being here. The food was great and delicious! Waitress was attentive and sweet. We will return!!

The best onion rings! I highly recommend the chicken fried steak as well freshly battered on the spot the okra was so good cooked to order Black eyed peas were good too and everything was warm or hot so good! Today was the first time but we will be back! White staff was very friendly and obliging.

Classic diner feel. Staff is attentive to needs and are great with the customers. Food is good and they give you a lot for the cost. If you leave there hungry, it’s only your fault.

I came here during lunch because I read the great reviews. Went alone during lunch break, I waited 40 minutes for my food. I noticed they prioritized larger parties. When I got the food it was pretty bland…and had to scarf it down as I had to leave to return to my shift. I could’ve taken it to go but it defeats the purpose of dining in. The only good thing I can say is the prices weren’t bad. But very very disappointed in the time it took to get my food.
