Food was disgusting. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce and it was slimy. We told the cook he never looked at us threw it away and never apologized. I ordered an all star special. We had to ask twice before they cooked it and then he sat it on the counter. We asked again. He brought it to the table. No one offered syrup and our drinks were empty. Worst service ever. Will not go back to this location !!!!! Sad part is they were not busy. After we ordered our food they just sat down before deciding to get up and fix our meal. There were only two tables in the whole place with people in them. We were one of the two !!!! We feel staff was racist!!!

I have never been to a waffle house, till now. This location the staff are friendly, helpful, super nice, and offer prompt service. I ordered take out which has a slightly different menu, mot that that mattered. My order was a cheese burger and mushroom hash browns. And finally got confirmation on what grits were, which are something close to cream of wheat (no thanks). The food was good and I liked the service.

The morning staff is rude and not helpful. The hasbrowns look like noodles not browned or crispy, the toast was just bread not toasted at all. Trying to get a good meal before heading on the road and this location is not it! I will not be back in the mornings!!! The prices on the website are not the same from the menu it’s a mess

Busy describes Waffle House on Christmas night. Finally, I ordered. The waitress was friendly and fast, and my hot tea, water, and pecan pie were good. I worried the staff would slip on water and suds on the kitchen floor and saw the need for them from food evidently fallen from the grill, but the staff worked on, and the floor cleared fast. It was calm compared to the Interstate outside. Dessert refreshed me, and I relaxed enough to travel on. It was kind of like respite at an outpost in the Wild West.

Super busy place, sat at the bar & it took a while to get serviced. Tiffany was our server and very kind, she apologized for the wait, but she was sweet and took good care of us.
Looks like they are short staffed, so be patient.

For the two times I been here, my orders were taken incorrectly. And my drink was forgotten and given incorrectly. This Waffle House can’t seem to take a simple order, they talk back as well blaming you for “ordering wrong”. I enjoy Waffle House but I’ll never come back to this one in Wilson.

I haven’t been to a Waffle House in years. Bad experience. But when my daughter took me to the one on Raleigh Rd in Wilson, NC. The food was hot and good. Not greasy and semi cold. Thank you to the staff. Coffee was excellent!
