My first time ever eating egusi soup it was absolutely amazing very tasty and very good soup the jollof rice as well. The Ewedu soup also tasty.

So here’s my honest review. Although the food had good flavor, it was lacking in some ways… the fried rice did not have the authentic Nigerian favor…tasted liked Zatarain’s or something like that. I would have preferred more beef as well instead of hen?…I paid nearly 20 bucks. Also, I didn’t really care for the Moimoi. It was wrapped up in tin-foil..would of been great to see it in a small container. Overall, it was edible and flavorful.

AMAZING, authentic food from the Motherland!! Suya was spot on, the Jollof rice was PERFECT, and the Ogbono soup with goat meat was simply YUMMY!! Wish we could come here every day but sadly we have to head home to New Jersey.

the portion was so small and too expensive for the amount. The jollof rice was not properly cooked and the server was so gloomy and even though I told her it was my first time, she didn’t give me any discounts or anything. You’re better off going somewhere else.

First time ever having any kind of authentic African food. The flavors were amazing and the service was great considering being a one women band in there. The seating area could have a little bit of music so it wasn’t so quiet while waiting but had a good vibe overall.

Me and my daughter…. We keep going back… This spot is the best one yet soup size cold be larger for the price and I’ve found that the fish seems like the best meat option. Over all 9.5 out of 10.
