Disappointing and confusing. Didn’t really look like most Golden Corral locations we have been to before. Generally very good service, but there were so many issues with food quality and handling and foreign matter that I don’t think we will return to this location. Pizza was room temperature. Tuna salad had a human hair about 12″ long. Hard boiled eggs tasted bad. Didn’t get sick, but it was just sort of a scary experience in general.

We come to eat at this place hoping for the best but we got a bad surprise, the dishes that are to be used and served food were dirty one after the other until we found clean dishes. They didn’t bother to wash them properly and make sure they were clean for their next use. The glass that they served my wife with cold tea was dirty because it was not cleaned properly. My wife and I were very disgusted to eat on dirty plates and glasses. but they do nothing to fix the problem. The bathrooms are super dirty. It smells very ugly. Honestly, I had a very bad experience in this place. I hope that the day I return to this place it will be much better.

Customer Service is Fantastic by all staff members. The food however has gone downhill, no salads on salad bar, most of the fresh fruit and vegetables were gone, they’re not getting the meat on the grill until someone tells the people working the grill/hot bar that the meat is all gone, it’s as if there’s only one person running the entire hot bar and grill and focus es on the grill and also on the salad bar. You need at least 2 people on the salad bar to keep it stocked and 3 for the hot bar/grill. I put in an application 4-5 months ago and didn’t hear a word from them. I put on my application that I worked at a buffet type restaurant as well and an I currently have an up to date food handlers card/permit. I think if you’re going to charge that much for a meal, everything should be available, if not, offer a discount. I didn’t eat much because there was very little to choose from. This was early evening around 5pm when we visited during the weekday.

This Kingman AZ. Golden Corral was a pleasant surprise. We very frequently eat at Golden Corral, taking advantage of their senior special pricing, Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. 2 seniors can dine for a tad over $20. We also appreciate all that they do to recognize military veterans and their families. This buffet restaurant was quiet and the salads and cooked vegetables were plentiful. There was a plentiful assortment of meat and desserts. This was a great meal for an extremely affordable price.

Very good experience last 2 time’s we were their. Buffet was great a lot of selection on the lines. Staff very attentive, Samuel was our waiter and gave us very good service. Thank you to management for hiring great workers and the great food!!!!

It was not a good experience! They barely had any food out and what they did have was old. The salad fixings weren’t fresh and they had NOTHING on the carving station! Our server was the best part of it all! I definitely won’t go back when I travel through!

2 years coming to this location and nothing has changed. Staff is great and at times overwhelmed. I read reviews and they are all pretty accurate. We always say we won’t eat here again but a month later here we are, and just like the past visit we ALWAYS EAT ITEMS WE REALLY DONT WANT. I know!!! Nobody is forcing us to eat it?!?!?! It’s ok food just OK. Staff says they just had a bus leave and that made kitchen staff rush to fill up the front end. Thing is I never see busses or the days we eat here or not.

Never saw it so bad. Eggs were dirty . They were scrambled. Desserts I would say were old what there was of them. Frosting on them were hard. Pancakes and waffles were over done. Biscuit gravy was white as snow , no taste. Chicken noodle soup was hot and very good. Asked for coffee and never got it but the other people got refills . Dishes piled up on our table. Will not go there again . Don’t think it is a healthy place to eat at.
