Food was great. A Supreme Burrito. First time back in 2 years as food got yucky. This was great one. Not like souped in sauce and fully filled. It was like the old days….yummy. workers are learning, but attitude at work should be happy. I will be back. Easy access at a light and very clean.

I just tried to finish my dinner, the Mexican pizza crust tasted rancid and the nachos on the Nachos Bellgrande were stale. I didn’t finish either one. Went through the drive thru otherwise I would have returned them. Never again!

Normally I don’t mind when something goes wrong with my order, such as a crunchy taco instead of soft. But uhhhh, I don’t remember soggy tortilla with a side of light beef and old lettuce being on the menu.

This is the second time I have been here for a mobile order and have been absolutely flabbergasted at the poor customer service. The younger girl working was pleasant but the older girl who I assume to be a manager or shift lead of sorts was so disgustingly rude. The way I heard her talking to her coworkers was horrible. The entire 20 min I waited in there (they took forever even tho they only had one car in the drive through) the girl complained about her job. She was complaining that people were ordering food as if they aren’t open for another 5 hours. “Another DoorDash order? Anytime I try to do something someone orders. I’ve never been so angry”. To say I was shook would be an understatement. If you don’t like your job then leave. No one is making you work there. Not even that but your menu is not that vast, you’re making tacos not a soufflé.

To start my experience was AWFUL. I am visiting Mentor OH from MI. I stopped at this location and spent $70.00. This was the WORST experience ever at any fast food I’ve ever visited the food was TERRIBLE…. but I will say I called and spoke with Jackie. She was very pleasant and replaced my order, the replacement was AMAZING. Thank you Jackie for turning a bad experience good.

Service was horrible, got my order wrong. And took 15 min to get my food. Manger never came to apologize or try to make it weight. I don’t ever recommend this store. From what I just read this has been an issue! Said to say but they don’t care about customers. Also on top of it the store was trashed food on the floors and seats garbage everywhere.

Came here to place a pickup (doordash) order and was told that they can’t key in an order over the drive thru, it has to be through doordash– this is a lie. Yall can enter it just like a regular order, you’ve always been able to do that since the beginning of your restaurant. Whoever worked February 9, 1am – they’re lazy. Do better.

I chose dine in service. The employee told me I could only order at the kiosk. They would not take my order at the counter and I had to use a card to order. First off- I have no desire to learn a new/ different format for every fast food service I go to although this seems to be the new norm. By the time I was through figuring out the kiosk I was so frustrated that I had no desire to eat. The employees were standing in the back talking to each other. Then the kiosk refused to give me a receipt without me giving it my personal information. When I asked about it the employee said she could not make my order ( I had already paid) and could not give me a receipt. One of my potato tacos had no sauce. I will not be going back to that Taco Bell since it is not worth the hassle to order through the kiosk. They change the menu every couple of weeks. I also do not want to eat in my car. Especially tacos.
