For being a relatively new Taco Bell with a fancy new building, the actual experience here is sub-par, even for Taco Bell.
The drive thru was backed up, and not due to a flood of cars, just slow execution. It took a long time to be helped, and then a long time to get our order.
The food was haphazardly tossed in the bag, and the food itself was a bit worse than the Taco Bell average.
It’s still an acceptable place to grab food late at night, because not a whole lot else is open, but this is not a great Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell is trash. First time we went, it said they were open until midnight, they were closed at 10pm. This time I ordered a Crunchwrap with no tomato, because I’m allergic. I got tomatoes. Trash. Will never go here again and it’s a shame because I just moved to the area.

I just ordered from here, haven’t had food from a taco bell in years but for some reason my husband wanted some. So we order a few things through uber eats and when it arrived right away we noticed we didn’t get 3 whole items we paid for then I grabbed a cinna stick and bit in……I tasted like it was cooked in decade old grease it made my tongue feel gross and I was gagging. The items we did get we either made with the wrong ingredients requested and paid for. The “it could be anything” meat on my crunchwrap was supposed to be chicken but some of it was black and all if the meat was extremely dry and hard like it had been sat out for days. There meat is so low grade an bad enough as it is, you throw in dumb lazy employees and you get a waste of space and resources.
So, yeah, Didn’t eat anything.
What a disaster it was like literally taking $30 and lighting it on fire. Definitely a lesson learned. Taco bell still and will always be disgusting.

Loud music playing and been waiting for 15mins for someone to answer me for a doordash pick up. Then after waiting 22mins a guy opens the window and tells me that they are closed but the sign says open until 5am and it was 4:40am and they are inside playing loud music instead of serving customers during open hrs. Find better employees

Heavy set redhead was nothing but rude when told she got my order wrong. Only her and another person in the whole establishment. Both high as a kite. Some of the food was edible some we threw away for fear of food poisoning. It was my second time here and definitely my last. There’s a couple of Taco Bell’s on Mentor Ave that are much cleaner and serve more edible food. For a fairly new store this was a big disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend visiting the restroom here, either.

If I could give negative stars I would. We sat in the restaurant for a half hour. We ordered at the kiosk. They called our name and the order was wrong. So we waited more time. While we were waiting, we saw 3 people walk out. Nobody ever came to the register to take people’s orders. That’s why people were leaving. Then people started bringing orders in from the drive through that were just thrown in the bag and had opened. When we finally got our food it was disgusting. It was cold, the beans were a hard lump of garbage. My husband spit his out and we threw our lunch in the trash and walked out. That cost me $30. They should be ashamed of themselves. But I wasn’t going to stand there for another 45 minutes and try to get my money back. I will never go back to this Taco Bell ever again. And it will probably be a very long time until I go to another one at all anywhere. It used to be affordable to grab a quick bite here. Now it’s $30 for garbage and rude service.

The lady here at the drive thru was very nice and fun to talk with. However, whomever made my food, didn’t put the large fry portion correctly and there was lettuce in my grilled cheese steak burrito. I was definitely disappointed with the food.

I didn’t realize there was an entire menu of complimentary items, including most things from the value menu. All you have to do is ask. The food was actually great, and I think more places should do this, or at least be more vocal about it.

Mean and unhelpful to doordashers. I was impacted by this store by waiting 10 minutes for an order I was assigned and they finally got to me and said it wasn’t in their system or they *think* they saw the name and it may have already been picked up and then walked away saying they refused to make it. I had nothing but an order to pick up and got my own job performance impacted by them.
