Good customer service and family friendly staff members.
I came on late around 20:07 o’clock and fortunately I was able to eat at 99% of what I wanted.
Huge lots and I’ve seen some cvm at the left side of the building.
I’m just glad I was able to eat some decent instead of the fastfood garbage; they got out of there.

I’m writing this in hopes that the owner or general manager of this location sees it.
I travel for construction and disaster relief work and have eaten at Golden Corral restaurants all over the country for years. It’s often my go-to when I’m on the road because of consistency and value.
The Horn Lake, MS location was deeply disappointing.
We waited an extended time at the register before anyone came to help us. The restaurant appeared significantly understaffed. The overall condition of the facility looked run down and poorly maintained.
I’ve worked in plumbing and construction for 40 years. I pay attention to upkeep and sanitation. This location does not reflect the Golden Corral standard I’ve experienced nationwide.
If ownership or management cares about the brand, this store needs immediate attention — staffing, maintenance, and overall oversight.
I would welcome a direct response from the owner or general manager explaining what steps are being taken to correct this.

It was 100 percent horrible! No food and all that was there looked 40 yrs old. Place was nasty, male food server attitude horrible. Worst 15 dollars ever spent. Chicken took forever to come out and when it did it was nasty! How do you mess up the most popular thing on the menu? In this case the only thing on the menu. I have zero chances of ever going back. Can’t appologize this one away. The server at my table was wonderful but I left her all the food to throw away. I dont even understand how they are open. Good luck if you go!

As a door dasher l, time is money, I waited 20 minutes on a customer order just for them to tell me they were out of the bourbon chicken she ordered. Then after she chise something else, I waited another 25 minutes and and additional 5 minutes for rolls they should have had to begin with. I could have done 3 orders in all that time. Then there was no manager available to speak with. This is unacceptable. I lost money, the customer was not satisfied and Emily gave poor customer service. The cook took his time as well. It was a horrible experience for me and my customer. I don’t even eat there and definitely will not in the future.

The buffet was horrible. It was empty, what was there was disgusting. We had to ask for them to bring out food. Waited 20 minutes and all they brought was dinner rolls. No meat whatsoever. I asked for our money back to go somewhere else but was refused. I could have gone to McDonald’s and gotten a WAY better meal.

I placed my order. One t-bone medium we’ll. Waited 30 minutes. The cook gave me a small potion said, the rest had to go to a call in order.
He lied, the lady standing beside me. Said, that was her steak
After waiting for an hour. I finally got 2 other pieces of steak.
Their was no reason for the cook to put the lady before me. I really felt disappointed.

My family and I dined in for this experience. This was our first visit to this place since being under the Golden Corral brand. The food was either undercooked or overcooked. I only had one plate and it wasn’t good. My grandkids ( toddlers) only ate the fries, fried chicken and some cake, believe me they eat various types of food. Hopefully it was an off evening. The rolls were ok. New cooks and stuff. Hopefully……

Saddest Golden Corral I have ever seen. Half the food on the buffet was empty. And most of the rest looked like it had been sitting there a very long time. Lemonade tasted like toilet water, and the carving board section was 99% bare. Luckily we were only passing through. We would never eat here again if we happened to pass through the Memphis area again.

Haven’t been to Golden Corral so was excited. Place was a complete mess, server never came after sitting for 30+ minutes to bring drinks so we asked a server that was close and he had an attitude, food dry and old looking, lot of dirty tables upon entering, bathroom dirty, slushie machine filthy, ice cream machine down, etc. Will never be back.

Very few options during lunch. The food was cold and it seems they gave up putting anything new and fresh out. It was all scraps honestly. Best thing about it was the refills and the salad bar. Other than that they can really afford to do better on the lunch options.
