I dont typically come here but I thought I’d give it a try. I ordered a sandwich and it came with a side so I asked for a salad. They charged me an extra 5 dollars for that. I figured it would be a decent amount. When I got my food I was incredibly disappointed and felt ripped off for what I got. I also asked for a lemonade, the cashier asked if I wanted a particular flavor. Turns our you get charged an extra 50 cents for that. I considered asking for a refund. There was no clear communication. Not happy with this visit.

October 19, 2022- came in to Mccalister’s for a quick lunch. Ordered the French dip and the Smokey chicken sandwich. Ordered broccoli cheddar soup for the side. Enjoyed lunch per usual. Yall’s I’ve driven past this place so many times and it never looks busy so I’m always finding somewhere else to go. So today we decided to go check it out! Guys this place does NOT Disappoint!!! We got the club and it was so fresh and the flavors were delicious. Their blackberry sweet tea & lemonade was so refreshing on this hot day. If you’re even in the area I would highly recommend it. It’s definitely going on our favorites list!!!

I was there today picking up my order, and happened to overhear the MOD(I think her name was Ashley or Ashlyn)not only fat shaming her employees, but also making fun of an autistic kid. I have been coming here for years, but i will not be returning to eat at a business with such low standards as to encourage this lack of common decency when choosing their upper management. I was so disgusted with this behavior that I couldn’t even eat my food when I got back home. Very disappointed…

Worst experience ever customer service sucks I waited 20 minutes for 2 salads with no chicken or any meat . I watched as 4 families get served before me when they came in after me . As a black woman i was treated like I was invisible as they catered to the white patrons that came in . I will no longer support this establishment . After waiting she was like oh I forgot to give her the order . you didn’t forget about the families that came in after me they were catered to immediately with outstanding service
