Love this place…my husband and I only eat at the Germantown one because it is so clean…but I’m confused on one thing, why do they waitresses? For what? There is NO need to have them…let’s us just order at the counter, I think it’s the silliest thing ever. We don’t go in for that reason, wasted money on employees you don’t need. We love their food and everyone is always great!

You walk in to Gold Star and you just want to be a regular. Food was good and hot. Service was good. You definitely get a better quality burger here than McDonald’s. Staff is friendly and ready to take care of your hunger cravings. If you’re feeling frisky. Ask the server to add some siracha sauce mixed with the heavenly sauce on your burger.

I feel like it’s extremely inappropriate for employees to be smoking by the drive through with the door wide open standing halfway in the doorway. As a customer 1 I don’t want to be smelling smoke when I choose not to do so. 2 smoke was clearly entering the building. We will NOT be eating there again.

I used to love this place but my last experience has changed my mind! I got 2 chilli cheese coneys,a pop and a reg 3 way.the proportions were small and the food was awful. The worst part was it rang up to $20 and some change after a 20% tip. Couldn’t believe it…. they lost a long time customer after this visit.the waitress was friendly fyi.

Everybody’s ready to serve you here small town, Goldstar lol they thought they were ready to close until the 810 rush came in lol she had already swept the floors. Oddly I couldn’t understand why there wasn’t that many onions on my five way. Anyhow, the food was delicious. Thanks again you guys
