Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant with 22 locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston and San Antonio. Gloria’s was conceived by Gloria and Jose Fuentes and born out of the traditions of El Salvador. Inspired Latin additions and award-winning margaritas have provided diversity, skirting the line between tradition and innovation for more than 36 years.

One of the very best chain restaurants in Dallas. It was my first visit to this particular location, and they did not disappoint in the slightest. The food was fantastic (not one person in my party of 8 had anything bad to say about their order), and our waiter was awesome. Kind, courteous, and attentive. The atmosphere is fun and inviting as well. The parking sucks, though, as your only options are a garage that is a fair walk away, or valet parking at the restaurant.

Food and drinks were delicious! I was nervous at first because of the recent reviews about this location, but I’m glad I still tried the place out. The ambience, food, and location was nice. No complaints whatsoever. I will be back! Leo was an amazing server as well. This will be my go to place when I come home to Dallas.

Claudia was wonderful! I really enjoyed having her as our server. She was knowledgeable, watched so if we needed anything she was there to refill and service our needs. She made us feel like family. The waiter didn’t seem interested in serving us definitely could have had better customer service. I also ordered the salmon which I ended up switching out for chicken. The margarita chips and salsa were pretty delicious. Overall okay experience

Good food. Good waiter. But the valet parking is pointless when they park the car 10 steps away from you. And then they didn’t put my sun shade up, so I got my hot car back and had to drive home. My sun shade was right there. If anything, only offer valet during peak times.
