Food was good. It was surprising that I got charged $3.79 for less than an ounce of brown gravy. Apparently, you have to get the same gravy for your chicken fried steak as you do on your mashed potatoes. After I questioned the charge, our server packed up my son’s food while he stepped away to go to the restroom. Didn’t even ask if we were done. So, I requested mine be packed so we could leave even though we weren’t done.

I had the Strawberry salad with grilled shrimp. The shrimp was very salty. I tried to scrape the seasoning but it didn’t help much. I wouldn’t order it again, but that’s what I get for eating a ribeye the day before.

I went here on valentines with my partner for a date!! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was really enjoyable. It was our first time coming here and we both had a nice experience. It’s a very cozy feel inside. We had reservations and got there about 3 mins early, they seated us quickly and gave us our menus and some bread. The customer service was really great. When walking to the restroom there’s a big door to open into the hallway and a waiter nearby actually opened it for me, which I found very polite. The only complaint I have is that me and my bf both got steaks but our waitress didn’t ask us how we wanted them cooked, my partner quicky told her how he wanted his cooked before she walked off after taking our order. Sadly, I didn’t get to tell her how I wanted mine prepared since she walked off so quickly so overall my steak was cooked well done, which I didn’t enjoy but it didn’t ruin the taste of the steak too much for me. Regardless of the steak not being prepared to my liking, I would definitely come back to this restaurant!! The food was good.

We went to celebrate our grandaughter’s college graduation and my grandson ‘s 17t birthday. Everything was great. Our waiter was excellent. There were 10 of us and we did not have any problems with our food our drinks and we ordered chocolate cake, carrot cake and cheese cake and huge slices were brought out and there was enough for all of us plus some left over. I recommend Saltgrass Steak House.

Everything was ok but the ribs were very dry, I don’t recomend them, but the steak was amazing. Also the waitress forgot to bring us water but overall it was a nice experience.
