Well the service was great, nothing to hate. Great meal on our plates, spiced to our tastes. Long line it was fine, we needed somewhere to dine. The waitress was kind, our food came out on time. 5 stars in my mind.

This was an experience everyone should experience. Our waiter was amazing. He was friendly and sweet and helped us since it was our first time. He recommended several amazing options. I had pictures and they got deleted by a friend so I only have one. The ribs were so good as where the onion strings. Love them. We had the bacon appetizer of bacon which was really good but i loved the pickeled onio .We also had a great salad. Nothing bad here. Great atmosphere. Wish I could remember our waiters name. It was on the 7th and we were by the tvs. Try this place out. Kind of expensive but the food was plentiful and good

I took my daughter out on a father & daughter date. Her first time at Saltgrass, and we could have not picked a better spot. The Ribeye was cooked and seasoned just right, and the red fish with shrimp and crab sauce was phenomenal. Our servers were the best, couldn’t asked for more complete experience!

First thing we haven’t been here in several years. Walking in it was busy, but we were seated immediately. +1!
Browsing the menu apparently the prime rib has been removed, -1.
Our server was friendly enough, and promptly took our drink and starter order.
Our queso with brisket arrived shortly after we ordered and it was very tasty! Not overly salty either.
Salads were fresh and tasted good. Nothing amazing, just slightly above average, but nothing to rave about.
On to the main course, Pat’s ribeye and the baked sweet potato. Both were outstanding, with the sweet potato quite possibly in the running for the best I’ve had. It really was that good!
All in all, a very good experience. Quality of everything was at least a few steps above other equivalent steak houses in the area. Ambience felt like a toned down version of TX Roadhouse.
I would give this a 4.5 star but since a half star isn’t possible, the vote at our table was 5 star.

My steak was cooked perfectly I barely even needed the knife, and although the Mac and cheese is unfortunately an upcharge I still would recommend it as it was thick and creamy and very cheesy, and paired well with the steak. I had it Oscar topped and the shrimp were grilled to perfection. Even the drinks were spectacular I had a pineapple margarita which even came with a piece of grilled pineapple on top! Everything was just lovely. Will definitely be back.

We dined in for lunch and decided to sit at the bar. We ordered cocktails and the smothered steak lunch special and a la cart rattlers & baked potato soup. The soup came out dead last and cold. I wasn’t offered black pepper so when I asked if they have any behind the bar, she said, no but she’d be back. I then tried the soup noticing both the bowl and top of the soup were cold. So I stuck my spoon to the bottom dead center and it came out roomtemp. When I had mentioned it to the food runner she said she’d bring me a new one. Instead I was brought out the same bowl microwaved with dirty edges and the film stuck on top. When I had mentioned it to the same food runner she said, “yeah, she was just more messy this time.” And when I mentioned it being microwaved and the bowl temp being completely different she argued with me that she “watched her pour it fresh.” I then asked for a manager. About 7 minutes later a woman comes out and doesn’t even introduce herself… just laughs and says, “I heard you wanted to see me.” So I asked for her name. She told me her name is Mariah. I explained the situation and just asked for a fresh soup and the proper temp. She asked me, “Well what if all of the soup isn’t at the proper temp?” In shock, I replied with, “Well then I suggest starting an entire new batch considering that’s against Healthcode and proper food handling.” Then, after another 8 or so minutes my soup is finally brought out by a different manager (Kelsey) she properly introduced herself and apologized for the situation. I did bring up what actually happened and asked her if anyone told her how long it took before the 3rd time. She wasn’t aware of any of that. By that time we had already paid our bill and I mentioned I would need a deli container for the soup togo because it had taken so long. I’m sure she went to the back to discuss the site and terrible service with Mariah but unfortunately, I was never given the togo container and had to wave down the bartender for one. There were two of us who dined in for lunch and spent $90 after tip. This was a terrible experience and very upsetting for Saltgrass standards. And to top it off, as we were leaving a server was chasing out a table with menus and cash in hand and instead of even saying excuse me or holding a door he rushed passed us. We both has to say something in order for him to realize and apologize.

We dont go out much, but let me tell you that the service the food and the whole place was just amazing!
The fillet was cooked to perfection, pork ribs were falling of the bone and the pull on the mozzarella sticks was just Mouth watering.
If you ever come to this location YOU BETTER ask for SAM! she was just great! Exactly what you would imagine when reading about great service, she was so attentive and provided us with all the info you might need for a first timer, she was funny and her recommendation were just SPOT ON.

Delicious! The steaks were tender and seasoned just right. I even tried the pork ribs. The meat really did fall off the bone. Great potato soup. Our waitress was so sweet and checked on us and made sure we were happy. We enjoyed ourselves. It was a small family gathering and we felt very relaxed and welcome.
