Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant with 22 locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston and San Antonio. Gloria’s was conceived by Gloria and Jose Fuentes and born out of the traditions of El Salvador. This is great location, after shopping you relax, eat some great food and have a delicious drink. We alway have a good time here but this time our server Ferneles was exceptional and took care of us like if we were the only ones in the place, he went above and beyond in service. We definitely recommend this location. Good time good food great service

Excellent service despite how crowded it was. You could really tell that all the staff were trying to get everyone served quickly and politely. Also, the I think their house margarita may be the best margarita I’ve ever tried! The only con is that there weren’t too many vegetarian option, but got the cheese chile relleno (pictured below) and it was very good. I would definitely come back here.

Gloria’s exceeded my expectations. It’s a very nice restaurant both inside and out with ample space for small or larger groups including families. The service was excellent, and the servers were very friendly and attentive, even the ones that weren’t necessarily serving my table came around and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was cooked to perfection and full of flavor with every bite. Definitely a great place to eat any time of the day.

Gloria’s in Frisco is in the perfect spot! The size of the place is big, yet it manages to feel intimate. The dark setting creates a cozy vibe, and the bartenders are super welcoming and sweet. I mentioned to one of them that I was really hungry (hangry, you know?) and he was so helpful throughout my visit. The location is clean and convenient for me, not too far from where I live, and the bar fills up quickly. I had a great time sitting there, chatting with amazing people. Oh, and the chef personally brought out the food. Highly recommend Gloria’s! It’s a relaxed and fantastic spot.

This was our first visit to Gloria’s and our experience was good. The dishes we ordered were spinach enchilada and A la Mexicana. Chips and salsa was complimentary. The dishes tasted good and were not spicy. Vegetarians also have options here.

Nice fine dine latin space to have a good dine in experience . From food to service everything was perfect. Food presentation was good. Portion size was ok not overloaded . We had cheese Chile releno and Camarones with ice tea. Food was fresh and delicious went well with refreshing ice tea.

Food was very good. Only issue I had is we are use to Puerto Rican food. There’s a difference between refried beans and pinto beans. And that is not Spanish rice. Other than that, everything was tasty and customer service was engaging and excellent.

Loved Gloria’s! The service was perfect! (Thanks Octavio ) The food was delicious and the spicy mango margarita was phenomenal. The salsa and black beans they gave me when I first sat was enough to get me to come back. The guacamole was perfect. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the Red Snapper. It was really good but just felt like it was missing something. And the shrimp on top was just extremely salty although the snapper was cooked to perfection. I will definitely be back and look forward to trying something else.
