The food and atmosphere were wonderful. Service was good service but not great or wonderful. Our server was more like a robot, not rude, but not pleasant, more like going through the motion of getting you in and out. She didn’t pay attention to request and brought the wrong drinks, but we let it go. That was probably due to her walking away before you could finish talking. Her attitude finally took a turn, and a smile was offered with the $15.00 tip. Did she deserve it? No, but perhaps the next guest received better serves. The visit was good, the food was great and would visit again.

The lunch started great because of the host that greeted and sat us ,also our server was great all the way through,we had a issue because we received dipping broccoli/hard in the Alfredo we told the server she told the manager who did not come over until 30+ mins of being told again,even though she came 3 baby steps in front of us several times ,while she very intentionally,took care of others around us in that long pause,however the server put in for softer broccoli and added Alfredo sauce thank u server Sarah T once the manager Ann came over she wasn’t very apologetic .I mean she didn’t cook it .I get that …and that’s exactly how she treated it . she treated it like .. oh well u got soft broccoli ohhhhh.thats good . ..alright ladies, have a good one ok Manager Ann do better .at the end. the server brings a different receipt with the discount . the manager didn’t mention it ,this is the last time going to this location because, honestly ,it’s not very African American friendly..,at all. it’s my opinion based on the last 3 visits. and if u see the receipt .it’s not that money is the issue. but if I’m not treated the same, as every other race , I’ll take my money where I feel more appreciated. But thank u so much to Sarah T. You made our last experience a good one.

The food here is always really good and quality Italian, but the wait is usually long because they don’t have enough employees working or the employees called off outright. Love the music in the restaurant! Try to go on a non busy day and they have better deals for lunch on weekdays except Friday from 12-3pm.

Our family like Olive Garden because it serves good-quality meals at a reasonable price. A previous visit from this location sent me to the emergency room with food poisoning. I’d never had food poisoning before, so I didn’t think I’d ever get it. We didn’t thought to complain because I was discharged that evening. I was considering simply telling management about my experience so that no one, including myself, would have to go through it again. The manager’s approach to my encounter was pretty astonishing and disrespectful. She has no sympathy, and her reaction made it sound like I was making it up or something, and that no one else had it. I don’t suppose she’s ever heard of cross contamination. In any case, we will not be returning to this location. And, according to the other evaluations, Amanager Ann is not pleasant with people of color. That’s probably why she treated me with such contempt. Upper management should investigate this because it has the potential to harm their company. Kudos to Natalia though. She was the reason why we decided to stay for this last visit. She surely know customer care.

My wife and I had a great experience at this location today . We were told it was a 45 min wait but got seated in 15 minutes which was awesome. Food was hot and fresh, the appetizers were great and came out fast . Our server Becca was awesome she provided excellent service. Will definitely return to this location

We’ve been going to the Olive Garden for a long time. 27+ years, to be exact. Over the years, we have been to many of them, including different states, when we go on vacation. For the last 3 times, we’ve gone to the Michigan City Olive Garden. The service, the atmosphere, and the food have been great. Hayleigh was our 1st server and she was great. Zach has been our server the last 2 times and he’s been great as well. You can’t go wrong if you go there and have these 2 servers. We’re looking forward to our next visit.
