Ordered a pizza, two types of wings and an Italian sub. Pizza was great. Unfortunately our dry Cajun wings were only seasoned on one half of the wings. When we called to complain the manager said “that’s how we make them”. Our honey mustard wings that we ordered had zero, zip, honey mustard sauce on them. They were plain chicken wings. The manager stated “We will come and pick up the food to make sure it’s not cooked the right way. Our kitchen is closing so we cannot replace your food so we will have to compensate.” I’m ok with that but we are from out of town and this is what we have for dinner. The manager called back and said the owner will compensate the food and it will take 72 hours. She hung up without a word before we could say thank you…..

Can anyone find the barely there beef? I paid for a 2 topping pizza and I received a pizza with about 5 pieces of hamburger! I called the restaurant and they claimed they put a cup and a half of ground beef on my pizza; but where is it? Fallon and Macy said there was nothing that could be done because at least SOME ground beef made it on the pizza. She also tried to tell me the ground beef was smaller now ! I don’t think I will be ordering from here any more. They could have at least offered to remake the pizza correctly, but that is okay. If my money or customer loyalty isn’t worth it to them, then they for dang sure aren’t worth it to me!

Placed an order for pick up. They closed 10 minutes early after telling us to come in 30 minutes. Worst establishment ever. Why let us make an order when they had no intention of making it and giving it to us? Absolutely horrible customer service. Never ordering here again.

I have NEVER left a bad review to any business. However, the way I was treated, and then hung up on; if I could give negative numbers, I would. The so called “manager” I spoke to on the evening of Monday, May 15th at the Alliance, Ohio store was the most unprofessional, in lot of ways, juvenal person I’ve ever spoke with. I work with over 300 people in this same community that spends a lot of money to treat customers and employees. I will do everything I can to make sure everyone knows how she, who represents your business treats people. What a shame.

Called Gionino’s today. “Hello, can you hold?” – then placed on hold. 5 minutes elapsed, and I got tired of holding. I was about to make a $50 order. Your competition down the street received it instead. Writing this review and not patronizing your business today won’t break you. But even the college kids at Mount Union will get tired of this type of poor customer service. When they finally do, it will certainly be the beginning of your demise. Trust me.

On December 17th at 7:00 pm we call there to order wings and pizza and they tell us that the fryer is being maintenanced on a Saturday still early….who does that in a middle of a shift???? The last time we called the fryer was down….been going here once they first opened.

Your employee working last night used a fake name while asking who we were speaking to. She said it was “Erin”. I called today. They have nobody by that name. I used to work at a pizza shop and I know they use fake names on purpose to not get in trouble. She sent our order to the wrong address, argued multiple times that we didn’t live in Alliance. She had our address wrong. We have ordered from here all the time, our number and address is in the database. After waiting almost 2 hours, we asked for a refund she got defensive and said I quote “we aren’t delivering to these people”.

While their pizza is the best in town, the fact that they don’t have online ordering keeps me going elsewhere–and I order 2-3 pizzas and breadsticks per week from PJ or EOC. I’d rather go here, but when you call, you can’t give them a time later in the day for delivery. They screw it up then tell you in a snotty manner that they nobody there is supposed to promise a time.
