When we ordered, they don’t know what kind of cheese is in the cheese curds (like cheddar or mozzarella) they don’t know what kind of cheese is on their grilled cheese (could be American, cheddar, Colby Jack, etc) or what kind of cheese is used for their pretzel cheese sauce (could be nacho, cheddar, queso, etc)
