Absolutely wonderful staff. We ordered a huge online order and the staff got it done pretty quickly during crazy lunch hour. Specifically wanted to thank Thomas and the manager on duty today Layla. Really nice and hard working people. I went to register to get to go boxes and Layla I could tell was about to leave or go on break and she stopped to ask me if there was something I needed and provided. Thomas and Layla were able to tend to my family and I whenever we came and asked more about our order. Super nice people. All the staff was working hard for all their customers 🙂

I ordered the You pick two and got the chicken salad on ciabatta bread with a cup of chicken and wild rice soup. I ordered two of these, one for my Mom and one for me. Paid $23.56 without tax. The portion size of the chicken salad on our sandwich is shameful!! Why are you ripping off your customers? The same thing happened at the Woolbright and Federal location before, so I switched to this location on my orders as they always did right by me in the past. Panera Bread has lost me as a customer for good now.
