Right when you walk in, the bakery display immediately catches your eye. The shelves were stocked with fresh loaves of bread, oversized cinnamon rolls, cookies, and pastries that looked like they had just come out of the oven. Everything was neatly arranged behind the glass, and the whole front area felt clean and well organized. You can tell they take pride in keeping the bakery presentation inviting.
For lunch, I tried the spicy steak asiago bagel stack sandwiches for the first time. They were generously filled and loaded with a creamy salsa verde spread. I was certainly glad that I ordered these new stack sandwiches, as they were one of the most indulgent Panera sandwiches that I’ve had! The steak was tender, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the greens still had a crisp bite to them. It was messy in the best way possible, which is always a good sign when it comes to a hearty sandwich.
I also tried the asiago croissant twists, and it was fantastic! The cheese pull alone was impressive, as it was thick, melty, and perfectly toasted on top. It had that golden, slightly crisped finish while still being soft and fluffy underneath. Definitely comfort food done right & a pair priced at only $1.99 is a bargain!
Everything was packaged neatly, and even during what looked like a steady rush, the staff kept things moving efficiently. The dining area felt comfortable and welcoming, making it an easy spot to sit down and enjoy a relaxed meal.

The food was hot and fresh. Green tea was very good along with their coffee. Egg and cheese sandwich was good as well. The avocado and egg white sandwich was ok it could have been better if their was more avocados it only had 1 small pieces.

I ordered delivery, got a decent amount of food so it was a big bag and didn’t think anything of it! Opened the bag once I got in, something was missing. Called Panera, and spoke to the manager John and let him know the situation, he was very apologetic although it wasn’t his fault and not only did he give me what I was missing, he also upgraded it! After speaking with John, the delivery driver reaches out and claims she didn’t have the drink and didn’t know it came with my order. John, thank you so much! Truly appreciate you and will definitely be coming back!

Charisma promptly attended to me to see if my pick up order was ready, when it haven’t even been placed yet (I got there early as my mom was placing it online from home). We struck up a conversation and she talked with my as if I was an old friend. Lexi then checked on my order again and joined the convo. Such a great group. I got my food hot and promptly. This Panera is topnotch! They are full of diamonds in the rough!

I came here today to get a take out order. The place was empty. Had to wait 30 minutes for my food because the employees were messing around and talking to a friend or coworker of theirs that came in shortly after I put in my order. I don’t know if a manager was in but I didn’t see a single person working the whole time I was waiting. Until I said something. A little absurd.
