The food was amazing! They did let me bring my dog in which was really cool. I’m commenting on the Collinsville location which they mentioned they are moving. The floor was dirty and the window sill where we sat was pretty dirty too. I’m not one to judge too much but it’s worth mentioning. There were some bugs and flies that were not real appealing. The food however was amazing!! So good! We will be going back to either their food truck or new Claremore location once they move.

I was recommended to eat here because I am new to Oklahoma. I was told they are closing down very soon. They told me the food is fantastic. I absolutely love all of the flavors, the environment, and the service. For a fantastic experience, get the firecracker basket or the sweet and spicy burger. ❤️

They’ve been open for a quite a while now and I’ve followed them on Facebook but just never gotten down there to eat. Today was the day. We played it safe I got the Okie Onion Burger and Fries my wife got a Cheeseburger and Fries. Everything was excellent, the food, the staff, the atmosphere, even the strangers we shared a table with were great! We’ll definitely be back to explore the menu a little further!

My husband and I went in for lunch and was not disappointed! The place is on the smaller side inside but quaint. Cashier was very friendly. I good however was great! I had the catfish it was seasoned perfect and the hush puppies were some of the best I’ve had. They also served an orange dipping sauce that I’m not sure what it was but I wanted it by the bottle. My husband had their gumbo and it was equally yummy. It had so much flavor with a bit of a kick.

After over a year of waiting!!!! I finally got to come home and try this place. What a grand slam!!! Fantastic service and food while maintaining a warm friendly environment. Highly recommend if you love good home cooked Cajun / southern food

Being a South Louisiana lady, Lafayette to be exact, these talented and amazing chefs bring home every wonderful, dripping, soulful, flavor there is!!!!! I am an awful harsh judge and they would have my mama running to eat! The spice and holy trinity are perfection! There is not a bad dish on the menu!!! My children (bless their hearts)ask to go nightly! I’m so excited they are in Collinsville, it is a true southern treasure! The staff is amazing, it is tidy and cute (small in size=large in flavor)!!! It’s a must for lunch or dinner!!!!

Gibbys has the yummiest food around! Everything I’ve eaten has been so delicious, I’ve never been disappointed. It’s nice to be able to get fresh food made right in front of you! Such great quality The staff is super friendly, and always sensitive to the needs of the customers. I recommend Gibbys to just about everyone I know or meet!!

I love Gibby’s and get there anytime I can. I live about 25 miles away so I’m usually there to enjoy a Saturday lunch. The po’boys are great, the catfish is excellent and the etouffe is a favorite. It’s a small restaurant so don’t be surprised if you have to wait for a seat.

Oh my gosh y’all! When I found this gem I was excited bc our small town needed something different but boy oh boy I did not expect the portions of seafood she would be giving me! The flavor is AMAZING and the staff she has there are so kind , so funny and work so hard to get all the orders out as quick as they can!!! If there were more stars I would give it to them! Try it folks!!!!
