What a great place! That pizza was, without a doubt, the absolute best I’ve had in 20 years. Just perfect. The staff were pretty friendly. Something important to point out is that, as of 2018, this hospital wasn’t within walking distance of a bottle of Gatorade. But now, Gia’s got you covered! If you need Gatorade, go check out Gia, and grab a couple of slices of that delicious pizza while you’re there.

Best pizza ever! We’re from NY and always look forward to Gia Pronto’s pizza every time we come down to Philly!

I am a regular here. The food is always good and staff is always friendly. This will unfortunately be one of my last visits however. Food prices are becoming outrageous. $15 for a sandwich and chips, or $14 for a protein-less salad. Pizza oven cleanliness also often leaves pizza tasting burnt. Quality going down but prices going up.

With a friendly staff & a wide variety of tasty options, this is now my favorite spot near University of Penn Hospital. The food was delicious, specialty coffees were perfect, & the dining area was quite as well as comfortable. The pastries were a scrumptious way to end a great lunch.

Rang me up for whatever substitutes they had for soups without saying anything. Once you waited and recieved it, will tell you can get a refund. Loaded potato soup, not a fan. Pizza was average. The tiny slice of bread that goes with $5.95 soup, is an extra $2.87?! What…

I’ve only ever had their hand chopped salads but they’re great. A little on the pricey side depending on what you add into your salad though. I typically spend $15 or more on a salad which is absurd but it’s a nice treat.

I always get the buffalo chicken panini from here and it is very good. Very consistent when it comes to the way they prepare their food. It is a bit pricey, in my opinion. I wish that had some type of lunch/combo deal.

Food was overpriced, subpar, and the restaurant itself was not very clean.

The gentleman at the register is by far the rudest man ever. On top of finding hair in my salad.

Their pizza is good and so are their paninis. Their salads are fine. I have not had their soup or breakfast. As an FYI, I wouldn’t recommend ordering online if you think that it will be faster. You would need to order about 30 minutes in advance of when you want to pick it up. They seem to prioritize in person orders. Also, kind of expensive.
