Awesome food, service, and when you first think of an appetizer, try out the gator tail. It’s an awesome way to start off the meal with. Good amount of variety of food and the place is well designed as for atmosphere. Staff was nice and polite, drinks are very good, and well developed place to go to eat.

We love this Gators usually for Sunday football. We recently dropped by on a hot summer afternoon for a cocktail and some wings. The wings were flavorful but not as crisp as we like. However, the service was top-notch! Will definitely be back. It’s a favorite!

Food was ok I reckon. But over priced for the portion size. I came on a Sunday afternoon. They were not to busy. A couple of tables but mainly people were at the bar. I waited 10 minutes to get seated. Waitress was nice but not quick to do anything. Very basic. Then took more than reasonable to bring the check. I about walked out. I can think of plenty of better places to spend $50 on dinner.

Jen was our server and is a huge assets to this restaurant. She display great core values and we would definitely be back becuase of her. It was our first time here but She treated us so well and also gave us time to catch up with our family visiting from the east coast of Florida while still making sure we had everything we needed. Enjoy your meal and some refreshments right on beautiful Lake Sumter. The dining area and bar area are very welcoming, and the food is fantastic. Love going here. Our waitresses have always been wonderful and couldn’t do enough to give you a great time.

Could it be anymore disorganized? Most gators docksides are good, this one not so much. Maybe it’s a staffing problem but they need to figure something out to make it work. My expectations are not that high and I was disappointed in the entire experience.

Hostess was rude as hell. I came in with a party of 6 and she said we have a large booth available. We asked if there was a table outside we could sit at if possible since it was kinda nice out. She snapped at us multiple times and basically yelled at us to go look ourselves if there was a table out there. Then she yelled at us that we couldn’t push the tables together to seat 6. Overall she was just very rude and off putting. Other than that the food was sub par for me. Our waitress was great and very attentive and the others in my party seemed pleased with the food.
