I thought $20 was a bit much just for a burger and fries. But after I took a bite, it was one of the best burgers I have ever tasted. The place is very clean and the staff is very nice. There’s a fun area with games if you bring children. A salad bar for fixings to add to your sandwich. I will definitely return with friends to let them share the experience.

This location used to be really good, but I feel like it has declined a bit. The food was pretty good, however the soda machines were out of ice as well as several varieties of soda. I felt very rushed at the register even though there was no line. It was also quite hot in the restaurant. They had fans set up but they didn’t seem to help much.

This Fuddruckers was once our family’s favorite burger destination, for birthdays and other celebrations. It has been for years. We will never go back. The last two times we set-out for Fuddruckers, we came up empty. Once, they were closed during posted hours of operations. Today, we were told they were only accepting cash. We shared that we would hit an ATM across the street and return shortly. Upon return, the doors were locked. Saturday night, 6:05 pm with hours of operation posted with an 8:00 pm closing time. I spoke with the manager and asked if they would serve us and was curious as to why we weren’t informed of the ealier than posted closing time when we set out for an ATM. I was informed that they had already cleaned the dining area. It appears to me this location is about to close their doors. While we were conversing with the manager, we saw many patrons pull-up only to be turned away. We are so saddened to see a place laced with many years of our family memories going down in flames.

AC is barely functioning… easily 78+ degrees inside which isn’t pleasant with 110+ temperatures this time of year. Freestyle soda machines are broken, only offer plain sparkling water or regular water and ice. They offer cans of soda (Sprite, Coca Cola, Diet Coke, etc?) as an alternative at least so that’s a little better. Prices are pretty steep – supply chain issues, inflation, stuff like that. Burgers are pretty good, buns are still baked fresh but the meat isn’t the best quality which you might notice. Fries are still good. Sad to see such a good place spiral downhill.

Sad to see this restaurant going downhill. We’ve been twice in the past month. Soda machines have been down the entire time. They offer warm cans of soda and cups for ice in place. They’re hours have reduced due to lack of staff. And every visit there is a sign showing they are out of multiple things. This past visit it was so warm inside. Coupled with the heat of outside I couldn’t wait to leave.

What a shame. Our family has been coming to this establishment for many years. Over time we have seen the upkeep go down and have over looked it due to the fact the food and services has always been great. Tonight was the last time for us. We walk in and it was hottest day of year and could immediately tell AC was not working well. Many items were not an available on the menu. We still over looked this and ordered our burgers. Soda machine was down it still provided ice for the hot soda can you were able to grab off the counter. Our Food comes out and their famous bun was very stale like it was hours away from popping mold spores. The condiment station had a very North Korea feel as it looked like they were try to make what ever veggies they had left last and was very minimal. Mustard was out. The decor is so worn and tired. Dark heavy worn carpets accompany the torn chairs and tables stuck to your arms as you ate your meal. It’s such a shame that good things come to an end. It’s evident Fuddruckers is limping along and running out of steam. When as an establishment you are not doing even the simple and obvious things right you have given up and your customers will see it. Thanks for the many many fine memories and years of great times. Unfortunately tonight’s experience was the final straw for us. Mesa Az Superstition Springs location.

Still my favorite burger joint! Medium rare half pound burger with avocado bacon over medium egg. Unbelievably delicious. I think there’s only two locations left. I hope they start advertising again. The facilities are getting pretty run down and the seats need to be reupholstered.

Food quality/freshness has gone down, plus this location was out of many items and almost all of their drinks. The employees are working hard, but they don’t have a lot to work with. The food so so and the kid’s cookies were not fresh. Although friendly customer service abd decently clean-the quality this chain once had is no longer present.

Very sad but this restaurant is merely a shadow of its former self. The quality of the meat used to be definitely above average. But now it is not even mediocre. I took one bite and that’s all I could handle. Goodbye Fuddruckers. Forever!
