Food is usually pretty decent except for in the mornings. Service is extremely slow in the morning as I sometimes stop for breakfast before work. Today the hash browns were completely inedible. I understand the food being fried in oil but is this much oil necessary? I have never had this experience with any Chick-Fil-a ever.

This Chick-fil-A is truly one of the best fast food establishments to pop up in Oak Creek in recent memory. The staff is extraordinarily trained, bith friendly and efficient, and the food is spectacular. I have had a few instances of minor mishaps, like missing sauces, but generally, I have great experiences here.

1st time at this location..and I was quite upset initially..i had missing food. How do you miss the chicken at chic fil a and thats your main ingredient….and my soup had a huge chuck what looked to be breading in it. Normally I wouldn’t give a good review but the manager was very polite and fast acting to take care of the situation. If it wasnt for him I dont think I would’ve been returning to that location.

I love visiting this chick-fil-a location. Everything is always spot on and the staff is so friendly. The only thing I would change if I could is the drive-thru staff having to be outside during extreme temperatures. There were some days during summer that were unbelievably hot and now that winter is nearing we’ve had some bitter days. I feel sorry for staff having to be outside for those temps even if they are swapping out every so often. I get the face to face appeal but staff should come before the customer, it makes a better experience for everyone.

So inconsiderate and can’t take accountability for what they do. Ordered on DoorDash and mind you I paid $2.85 for a small bag of chips and I didn’t receive them. I called them maybe so they can try to give me a gift card or something for that amount. All the worker could say was “You have to call DoorDash, we can’t do anything” UMMMM DOORDASH DIDNT BAG UP MY FOOD, DoorDash didn’t seal my bag that was supposed to have my order correct, DoorDash didn’t miss read the receipt.” Door dash didn’t do anything, the worker did. It was a simple I apologize here’s what I can do. But no. Never ordering from here again.

Went thru the drive thru. Apparently there is now a Mobile ap line. After 5 minutes speaking into the menu board microphone and getting no response (there were 2 employees standing near by). I pulled up to the window to place my order. The young lady there explained the mistake. She asked her supervisor if she could just take the order. The supervisor’s version of customer service was No, go back around.
I travel through that area 4 to 5 times a week. My lesson learned is apparently Culver’s is a better option. I shall never frequent that store again.

Got breakfast here and came with a pleasant surprise. The biscuits were in the shape of a heart and as Paul Hollywood always says in the Great British Baking Show, it should be warm, golden color and a good biscuits I’ll be slightly crumbly and not too thick.
Got spicy and regular chicken biscuits, round hash browns, and coffee.
