My son and I go here all the time. There has never been a negative experience. I tried the hack with the nuggets and the Polynesian sauce with the sweet spicy sriracha sauce. It is so good. I’m addicted!

When you ask for Kale Crunch, and the menu says they have a new size, and they ask you what size do you want, and you say your new largest size, and you’re all excited and you get this in a large bowl with a small portion in it, I didn’t even start eating it yet ♂️ Umm, yeah, there nothing 2, 3, 4-star about that (don’t even ask about 5)!

I ordered a Carmel Shake for my son there were little pieces of cookie. my son has an issue with textures when I went back up to the front to ask if we could swap it with just a vanilla shake I was told I needed to re-purchase, and they were unable to swap it I had ordered $30 worth of food swapping out a milkshake would be a reasonable request you would think . Also there were flies inside not just one or two it was very excessive.

Second time I’m coming to chick fil a, and they mess up my order. first time I didn’t leave a review because I thought it was mistake. but now second time I’m coming to get my dinner get my nuggets get my root beer and they forget my sauces it’s a $11!!! Not sure what the fuss is about. I tried some chicken nuggets for the first time, and they were not hot nor crispy. I didnt think the flavor was much of anything either. Waffle fries were ok. Won’t be going out of my way to come back.

I can’t believe I’m giving a chick fil A a 1 star and the 1 star is for the associate at the cash register (I don’t know his name because my receipt on the bag says the register was for “Katerina” but she was the acting as manager at the time I was in. She was stale faced for sure, slow to move and appeared to be bother for sure but maybe she’s not a morning person or maybe she was tired who knows. However, Time and accuracy is not a part of this chick fil a culture at all. I’ve been here a few times and more than likely will not be back in the future which sucks because I love maintaining my signature status each year.

We ordered two 3 piece chicken strips with 2 sauces each and a chicken sandwich with the no mayo but 2 packs of mayo on the side. This was reflected in the receipt we got. However we got no sauce or mayo. We were starting an out of state road trip so that sucked.

We like coming to this Chick-fil-A location. The staff is very friendly and we have never received an order that was incorrect or with missing items. Their attention to detail is very good. Even though the drive-thru is always busy, it does move quickly. Their food is really good, I always get their Grilled Chicken Wrap with Avacado Lime Ranch. So yummy and of course their waffle fries. I would highly recommend coming to this location.
