Showed up at 12:17am only two cars in the drive thru including me ordered my food (repeated order 3 times) paid at 12:22am , noticed she’s messed the ordered up on my receipt tried to get the attention of the lady in the window with no luck due to her phone being more important so after getting my food I told her she had me pull to spot one and wait. Waited for over 15 mins finally I went it side it’s now 1am in the morning after I’ve watch 3 cars behind me get there food and leave . I walk in and everyone is on there phone music playing in the back I’m told their still waiting for the meat to cook for my burgers . Finally hands me the bag I double check every is right this time but nope missing a fry and sauce so it took over 30 mins to mess of the order a second time. I finally leave get home go to eat my food and bite into a raw burger so this is what I waited over and hour for at a time a fast food place is at it’s slowest workers could care less how long stuff takes or if it’s even right this is just laziness and idgaf attitude

We were traveling with my husband and needed a quick stop at Palm Bay the burgers were good no complaints same as the beverages, service was really fast that almost we did not had time to go to the restroom, my husband said that the male bathroom was ok and had soap but I am attaching some pictures of the female bathroom that was very dirty. I tried not to be nasty and not take the picture with the overload TP from the trash or the ones at the floor so I took a picture from the side of the other bathroom. The sink of the handicap had Tp at the top so I couldn’t use it and in the one outside they did not had soap. Also the cleaning of the whole please needs to be revised.

What can we say about McD. Most of us grew up with McD and have enjoyed their meals. I remember when the fish filet were $1, meals were $5 and if the tables weren’t clean your meals were free. Now a meal cost over $8, customer service has diminished, and the burgers have gotten smaller.

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for her to tell me they’re only taking cash and no filet, quarter pounders, or milkshakes. I parked and put in a mobile order of 4 double cheeseburgers because I didn’t have cash. Went back through and waited 20 minutes in line. No one came to the 1st window so I followed the flow and moved up. I got 5 burgers instead of 4, all burnt to a crisp, dry, and disgusting, and not one was made correctly. They’re rude, they can’t make an order right, and they take forever. Go to a different McDonald’s.

The costumer service sucks. The employees here don’t want to work!!! What’s the point of having employees if on one what’s to help!!! I will never come here again… even the manager doesn’t want to work… wish I could give them a negative star because even 1 star is to much…

Have not been to McDonald’s in many, many years but decided to take our granddaughter for a Happy Meal and try the McCrispy chicken for us. What a mistake. French fries with our meals were barely warm, cold before we finished. So much so our granddaughter didn’t even eat half of hers. But the McCrispy chicken, man, how do they get away with advertising and selling it. First, just looking at the “tenders” you could tell they were probably overcooked. But then the first bite immediately tells you they are tough and dry, really dry and certainly not crispy. Never again! There was a Wendy’s across the street, I’ve never tried their chicken selections but I do know their French fries taste 100% better and their burgers are far, far better than the puny burgers at McDonald’s. Why in the world do people still go to McDonalds when there are much better choices?

Four employers talking while the fries are just there waiting to be transferred to the serving station. My food has been prepared and waiting for someone to place it on a tray. Only one employer was working non stop, taking orders at the register, serving, and delivering to their respective tables. This employer, Ms. Grace, deserves recognition while the other four should be retrained or sent home!

Wow! I have had food from some bad McDonalds but this place is extra bad. My burger tonight looked like it was taken out of the discarded bin, all the toppings were all over the place, the bun was torn in two, and it was just a sloppy mess. The fries were cold and nasty as if they were the same fries made first thing this morning. The first bite of them about made me puke it was so horrible. The kids burgers were a mess and one of them also had a bun that looked like they torn chunks out of it. What a waste of money because so definitely didn’t eat the garbage they served.
