We finally got a chance to eat at Friscos. We heard mixed reviews before hand but our experience was awesome. The staff was super friendly and answered questions for us Frisco newbies. We ate in and sat at the bar in the back that let us watch the kitchen. I was very impressed with the food prep and staff working in the back. Food was made fresh and served hot and they cared about what they were making.

Food was good. Reminded me of Sardi’s. (I prefer Sardi’s).You place your order at a kiosk then they will call you. There’s limited counter seating, not really for sitting down. Take out is key. Chicken was good and flavorful. Brussel sprouts were okay, but large in size. I wished they were cut in half. Plantains were good and sweet.

Food was amazing. I was not sure what to expect when I read about the chicken but I gave it a chance and it is straight fire. Sides were as good as the chicken. Great food and the service was excellent. The chicken fried rice was exceptional! Thank you for the amazing food!

The chicken is great, never a miss, the coleslaw and sides are mostly great but, as with homemade, there are some inconsistencies with the exact flavors. Nice small shop atmosphere and vibe. Perfect addition to Mount Joy’s southeast side.

The chicken was very good: seasoned well, moist, with little crispy bits around the edges. The yucca fries were hot and well seasoned, although I think I prefer regular fries. The empanadas (beans and cheese, and a lomo saltado) were very good. The pastry was tasty and perfectly cooked and the fillings were delicious. I also really enjoyed the chicken fried rice. There was a good amount of chicken and egg with the rice. It is very heavy on the ginger flavor, though, so if you’re not a fan of ginger you might want to try something else.

Just went for the first time and the food was great. I got a chicken bowl with brussel sprouts and the chicha morada to drink. The bowel is BIG, I split it across 2 meals. All the food tasted great. I tried both the cilantro mild and the medium sauce and ended up liking the cilantro mild better. I really enjoyed the drink, it is very flavorful without being too sweet. I will definitely be returning for more!

Their food is delicious. I messed up royally and placed our order for the Lancaster location when I meant to order from the Mount Joy location. When we went to pick up our order, they offered to make it at the Mount Joy location so we didn’t have to drive to Lancaster to get it. I felt so horrible but I really appreciated it!
