This was our first experience at this location since moving to the area 10 months ago. Since it had been so long, when the lady taking our order asked, “any sauces?”, we asked for “2 of each”. So we should have gotten 6-8 sauces packets max, of 3 or 4 different flavors (I am not sure how many flavors this location had today, but based on the website it should not have been more than 4 individual flavors). Instead, I received 26 packets of Fire sauce.

I can finally write a positive review. YES! THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT!!! This is the Taco Bell closest to my house and we have had problems before and stopped ordering from this location. Today, we really didn’t have enough time to go anywhere else so we gave it a try again. We ordered online, the worker at the drive-thru was very polite and professional, the food was packaged securely, including the drink. The order was right when we got home and it looked delicious and tasted great. Great job this time guys. Keep doing it like this every time.

I went in today purchased my food and while waiting I went to go use the restroom which I found to be locked. I went over to ask one of the cashiers if she would be able to unlock the restrooms to which she very rudely replied “You aren’t even supposed to be over there they’re not for public use”. There was a singular wet floor sign in the hallway of the restrooms but no where there does it prohibit access to them or say that they are out of order. I went in around noon, it’s just ridiculous that even after consuming you as a customer are still treated disrespectfully and rudely.

Well if they don’t get my order wrong they don’t give me enough sauces for my food or they give me none at all. And my son attends high school so sometimes he wants to walk to buy something there but they always tell him he can’t but I see other kids in groups coming out with taco bell bags. I don’t know to be honest what’s going on.. if kids are buying and then leaving there shouldn’t be a problem a customer is a customer is what I thought but I guess they don’t need them.

Went through the drive through, ordered a crunch wrap supreme with no sour cream but guacamole instead. There wasn’t any sour cream, but also, there was no tostada, which makes it a crunch wrap. Totally changes the flavor of the crunch wrap.

Ok this black lady that took my order on the drive thru was VERY RACIST AND SUPER RUDE! I repeated on several occasions my order and she didn’t wanted to listen to me , and she just decided to order whatever she wanted to, and she put in my order a craving box that she chose , my opinion is that if I’m talking with respect why is so hard for her to respect me? This type of people should work where they have no contact with customers , this goes beyond just an order in taco bell , it talks about the decadence of people who are in our society… very sad

Today I came to the drive thru and was told they are only taking Uber eats and door dash orders. Like really? I’m so tired of places prioritizing online orders vs in person. This is 100% ridiculous. We’ve reached the day when you can no longer get food in person. Crazy.

I have had so much trouble with this location. It’s the closest to me, but I will go out of my way to another location. The food is mediocre at best, usually cold. This location is never open at the posted hours. I do understand that the employees are most likely not paid enough to care (it is Taco Bell), but 100% not a good store. Save your time and go to another location. You might get lucky and get the one awesome employee that works here. He gets the extra star. I’d give him a raise or 10!
