This is my favorite location to visit! It’s one of the few locations that actually still have the salad bar, which is my absolute favorite!! They are so attentive to it! Even when they are super busy, if something is running low, if you let your server know they are quick to refill it for you!! They even brought back the breakfast bar to everyday of the week instead of just on the weekends, and sausage links are back!! My family was so excited!! All of the staff are so kind and friendly, you can tell they really care about their customers! Especially their wonderful managers!! If something isn’t right they are quick to take care of it, and truly go above and beyond to make their customers happy!! You can tell they actually care! This is a wonderful place to dine any time of day, would definitely recommend!

The food was delicious except for some issues I got the parmesan Chicken with Spaghetti that comes with a side and Texas Toast. They only gave me little bit of sauce but I prefer more sauce with my spaghetti and the grill chicken was amazing. The problem was that I was told that they do not serve Texas Toast with it anymore but it’s on the menu description. I asked for some bread with butter or something because my son had the grilled cheese which is on Texas toast and buttered. So the Waitress tells me that they don’t have any so I’m like can I get toast with butter. She agrees which seemed to me it should not have been a hard decision to figure out. I also was seated next to the Salad Bar and I thought it was closed because it looked sad, but when I heard someone asking about fresher stuff and they was told that’s all they have. Like I mentioned before the food was delicious but the other issues is what’s bringing it down. They were also out of the Strawberry Pie Baby to. Don’t know if they is a normal thing but for them to be open to 11pm they should they you up front on all the problems or missing food items they have. On the plus side the Restrooms were clean and kept up. Because of the quality of food I received I will give them a second chance to see if I get the same results. The time I visited was at 8:30pm

Can only comment on their fish sandwich which was hot and tasted pretty good…Got there right before closing so it was a take-out order. The waitress was very friendly and she seemed like a hard worker. She was preparing for closing all while waiting/taking our to-go orders.

Had the traditional Big Boy, fries and hot fudge cake. Just as yummy as I remember it as a kid. Sad they don’t have seasoning salt anymore. My dad used to buy it to take home. Ty!

Frisch’s used to be one of my favorite places to eat. My sister, niece, mom, and I went to Frisch’s on a Wednesday night around 8:30pm. They advertised there was a pasta bar and salad bar, so I thought I’d check it out. The pasta was dry and brittle, so it must have been sitting out on the steam table for hours. My sister said the blue cheese dressing she put on her salad was sour (she typically LOVES blue cheese dressing). The manager did give my sister money off, but you could tell she was irritated at us for pointing out out. I will probably try a different Frisch’s one day, but most likely, I will not go back to this location.

Me and my cop boyfriend had our 1st breakfast date here this past Sunday. Although the waitress got my order wrong 3 times, WE had fun. He loved the fact that she kept trying until she got it right. And he left her a big tip. . . The food was delicious and we WILL be back for another FUN filled adventure. . .

The food and manager was great and fast, but then I was ignored by the one girl that took over the register for another customer and I had to speak up and ask for things I needed because I was before the customer that was behind me and i received my food before the other customer, and the other customer understood, but then the cashier continued to ignore me for something simple and fast! Other than that I thank manager and the good food!!! Thank you for the Great manager that was there to assist!!!

Another horrible trip to Frisch’s on Montgomery Rd in Norwood Ohio. Horrible customer service and sloppy made food. Fries that were soggy, burnt tasting super big boy, and 2 hot fudge cakes that looked horrible. I thought Frisch’s had the same standards at all locations. The rating is not even worth giving 1 star but to post I have to select a star. I got a picture of the 2 hot fudge cakes and would love to share them with corporate. Absolutely disgusting for the price we paid. I give this location a minus 5 star rating. Never go there.
