For my birthday I decided to eat at this location. The food here was extremely delicious! I really enjoyed the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks. The $6 margarita was pretty sweet and tasty as well. Although it took them awhile to seat me, I still enjoyed the service that I received. Thank you Chili’s for the free ice cream and birthday song

All four stars go to the gentleman behind the bar—I didn’t catch his name (and I’m mad about that!) but he was absolutely amazing.
I honestly don’t get why this location has such low ratings unless people have had truly bad service. At the end of the day, it’s a standard Chili’s. Are you expecting Arthur J? Morton’s Steakhouse? It’s Chili’s. It’s supposed to be chain-restaurant quality—fast, casual, and consistent.
I had the Smash Burger to go and an Old Fashioned while I waited. Both were exactly what I expected: simple, solid, no complaints. In and out, and with service like his, I’d come back again.

This place is always busy but it’s worth the wait. The service is always great. Servers smiling and very attentive, and the food is always cooked right and very delicious. The atmosphere here is always a good one and if you like sports, well they are always on! I recommend the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers!!! I have decided to edit this today, as we were there earlier today and we decided to sit in the bar area…. we asked for some water to start with, when the girl brought in the water to our table, she literally slammed them on the table and she had the look of an upset person! We let that slide. When our server came back again we ordered 2 beers, to that she’s with an attitude and walks away to where the hostess guy is at, and she is there pretending to do something as if she was very busy! We decided to get up and leave, as we walked to the door we got her attention and told her she didn’t have to get our beers anymore that we decided to leave… to that her whole attitude changed and said are you sure as if she was sorry… by then they had already ruined our experience there. If you don’t like to deal with people then maybe it’s not the place for you to work at! I will never sit at the bar area… and I’m not asking to be all up on the customer, but a smile can sure go a looooong way. Editing this once more as we were there on 4:25.25 to catch the Basketball Game…sat at the Bar Area as it was so busy and we didn’t want to wait. The young lady who brought us the water was the same one as last time, and I must say she has a Gorgeous Smile , and she was very polite! Our server , well he was great and very attentive. 1st time here. Walked in, no desk just open area. We waited to be seated. They sat us wayyyyy in the back by the bathroom/kitchen which i was annoyed . Tables were VERY close together . So if you a big gal like me it will be a tight fit. Waitress came, gave us our menu asked what we wanted to drink. Came back..we ordered. Mozzarella sticks were ok to me, steak and shrimp was ok but mash potatoes was very bland, had to season them as well as my broccoli. Daughters chips were warm and yummy. Chichen nachos were good. pasta dish was good. Water taste like bad tap water smh. Other than that it was soso. $120 or so with tip. Will we be back?…naw, we will only order Mozzarella sticks to go. But at least we tried

I came to this Chili’s while my car was getting serviced across the street at America’s tires. I figured my son and I could have a Mommy and me date while they fixed my car. We showed up, the hostess sat us down Almost immediately. I loved it. We were at our table waiting for our waitress to take our Drink order. We saw our waitress walked back-and-forth a couple of times without any contact with us. 10 minutes passed by And our drink orders have not been taken yet. Five more minutes passed by and nothing yet. At the 20 minute mark, our waitress comes to our table and says “will be right with you“. I thought she would take our order for our appetizers or our drinks, heck even our dinner. But no walk back-and-forth a couple of more times. We decided to walk out 25 minutes after being seated without even our drink order taken. Horrible service, the waitress only acknowledged us once and walked away. So disappointed in this Chili’s. Never coming back. So disappointed. If i could leave 0 stars, i would.

I was dismayed when your employee , Morgan N., searched for my name and messaged me, a loyal customer, on a “private” social media platform to confront me about unsubstantiated claims. With 25 years of experience as a sales manager, I recognize the importance of customer satisfaction and data security. Regrettably, the experience led me to believe that Chili’s tolerates such conduct from its staff and management team since I was never contacted after notifying them of this.
I have consistently praised Chili’s for their service, and the one time I encountered an issue, it was resolved efficiently. Unfortunately, recently I had intervened in a loud conversation about Morgan’s (Chili’s employee) personal activities, which led to Morgan yelling at me about an unknown man who was looking at her. I don’t know Morgan and unsure why she yelled at me. I was there hosting an eighty-one year old woman’s birthday. I’m sure you can review your security videos.
After sharing about my mother’s recent terrifying cancer diagnosis on a message thread Morgan started on my social media account, Morgan continued to provoke me, knowing I was in a fragile state.
I aimed to be helpful, but Morgan responded in a way that forced me to become defensive, rather than listening to understand my actions. To avoid a lawsuit and end my name being wrongfully slandered by her and another, I believe an apology and a response from corporate should be made. My kindness had me light myself on fire just to keep Morgan warm. I should’ve allowed the loud and disrespectful patrons paint a bad picture about Morgan and kept my mouth shut.
Does civility matter to Chili’s in Carson anymore? Maybe not. It does to me as well as respect.
Lastly, I sent the messages to the Brinker investor emails since my complaint on your company’s portal was ignored.

The food was delicious, probably the best nachos I’ve had in a long time. My wife loved the pasta and said it was perfectly seasoned.

Waited over an hour after the hostess said 30 mins however I think they forgot about us. This is in a crowded mall area and it was Sunday so I can see the reason. Finally got seated and ordered food. The server was nice but not engaging at all. He seemed bored. There were other servers helping their tables and they were really nice and friendly. Everyone helped out and seems to work well together. Menus were dirty and should be cleaned on a regular. Food came out tasting great and fresh. Drinks are always great which is why we came. Overall a good experience but will definitely plan ahead on busy weekends. Overall great experience and friendly staff.

Be aware that Chili’s charges for games on their tabletop tablets, and this is not clearly explained. Simply tapping a game by mistake automatically adds a fee to your bill. We were never told about this by our server, and there was no obvious warning.
Customers should be clearly informed before any charges are added. Finding surprise fees on the bill left a bad impression and took away from what should have been a relaxing meal.
