Food was ready on time and delivered to my car promptly after check in. The quality the food is the issue. I ordered a tortilla soup and it was cold and too thick. Flavor was bland. I ended up throwing it away. The chicken bowl i ordered was also cold and flavorless with a few sprinkles of lettuce and no chipotle sauce. I won’t be ordering food from here again.

Do yourself a favor. Pick another restaurant to eat at!!!!!. The curbside pickup that is advertised on the website is nonexistent!!! I placed an order for curbside pickup at 3:08. At the latest it was to be ready at 3:43. Well that never happened. I had to go in and the order still wasn’t ready!! After all that. I had to ask the poor young man that gave me the food. If he could wipe the cups that had soda running down the sides. If I could get another bag bc the containers were laying on their side. The soup was spilling. The salsa was spilling in the bag. These pics are the end result of what Chili’s in Carson CA served me!!. I wouldn’t serve my animal this garbage!!!. I asked for the manager. Who’s name is Frank. Who by the way had stains all over his apron as though he had jus come out of a slaughterhouse. He represented this location perfectly. An absolute disaster!!! Frank’s only remark was, “I’m sorry you feel that way”.

I couldn’t even Give them the benefit of the doubt. The waiter came and took the table tablet w/o asking to give to another table that I was sitting behind. I just walked out and went to olive garden that gave me better service and both me and my son is full and can go enjoy the movie. FYI I did try to call the manager no answer

Good customer service however check your bill they charged me $7 for I don’t even know what. My receipt didn’t make sense didn’t notice until after, Good food and strong drinks expect to spend $75 for a lunch for 2 we got a meal and a drink each. Tip was not included.

Waited over an hour after the hostess said 30 mins however I think they forgot about us. This is in a crowded mall area and it was Sunday so I can see the reason. Finally got seated and ordered food. The server was nice but not engaging at all. He seemed bored. There were other servers helping their tables and they were really nice and friendly. Everyone helped out and seems to work well together. Menus were dirty and should be cleaned on a regular. Food came out tasting great and fresh. Drinks are always great which is why we came. Overall a good experience but will definitely plan ahead on busy weekends. Overall great experience and friendly staff.
