Got a take order through the website. Food was there waiting when I got there. It was hot. My ice cream order was kept in the cooler separately from my hot food, which I appreciated. Staff acknowledged me when I walked in the door. I was given my order quickly and the staff was friendly. Got home and my order was correct and tasted great.

Tasty food as always, and I love that they’re one of they few family restaurants left that doesn’t have the walls plastered with TVs or table video games or other screens shoved in your face. Refreshing! Speed was remarkable this visit, much faster than the classic super long wait we’ve sprays associated with Friendly’s anywhere. Not today! Six orders came out speedily and hot.

The food is decent enough, but in today’s world, the price is good for what you get. Four people, food, drinks, ice cream and tip was only about $20 each. Our waitress was great, very fast, friendly (see what I did there) and attentive. Seeing a conehead sundae always brings back memories of being a kid.

We walked in with the intention to eat at Friendly’s on a trip to the Berkshire’s. My son said it smelled it like a barn and we noticed the floor looked like it hadnt been vacuumed, the door looked like it hadnt been cleaned and we walked out. Can’t speak to the food or service.

So we had lunch at Friendly’s. Well let me tell you the waitress did not really seam to want to be at work. The minute you walk in you can smell spoiled grease and food. The smell was so bad they had the men’s room door held open. We sat down and i said the table is dirty, waitress ignored me. We ordered and it took 1/2 hour yo get our food. So we got southwest pasta with a coke, turkey dinner with root beer, fried mac and cheese, and a Buffalo chicken sandwich ( minus the bun) it came with fries. The total was 87.88 UUUUMMMM FRIENDLY’S IS NOT A HIGH QUALITY RESTAURANT! We spend less when there is 4 of use and we go to the 99, chili’s, applebees or the 110. We were all sick after leaving.
