Came in and the restaurant was clean and quiet. We were greeted right away and at a booth in just a few moments. The waitress we had was great Her name was Stacy D. in the pittsfield restaurant. She took her time taking our order and got everything correct. The food came out hot and everything was delicious and she even greeted my son and asked how good his lunch was to which he also replied that it was good! Always a good time when we come here and always will be a family fav!

Friendly’s is such a fun restaurant to visit. We got lobster rolls with fries for half price ($9.99) that were huge and tasty. The ice cream didn’t disappoint and the service was excellent!

Most of the time we just go for ice cream but when we do order dinner out its usually pretty good. When we go into the ice cream area it is always disgusting to the point our shoes stick to the floor. The smell is always off and no one is ever friendly.

It was my weekly trip with my grandchildren. I pick them up from school and we go to Friendly’s for Happy Ending Sundaes. We always have great service and the ice cream is also delicious!

Our server was the best most friendly server my group ever had and that’s saying something since we came in close to closing time and she was full of great positive energy! I wish I remenbered her name to give a shout out but this visit was a week or lore ago and we were all exhausted from a day at the ER for a family emergency and my brain was fried.

We stopped in too get dessert and it was great! Only spent about $8 per person and we got a huge sundae or milkshake with plenty of flavors to choose from. Service was great too!

I can look past the screaming kids that had to deal with today but the service should not have been as bad as it was and the quality has gone tremendously. It took 10 minutes to stop being ignored and get seated. It took another 10 minutes for the waitress to come and greet me and get my drink order put in. They charge you for every little think including extra mayo because they barely put any on the BLT I ordered. I won’t be coming back to this location. I didn’t think the prices should be as high as they are.

The dining room smells like musty carpet. The service was good, but the food was so disappointing. Lettuce was old and burger was too rare. I shoulda complained but was so hungry I stuck it out. I could have gotten the same meal from McDonald’s next door for much less $.
