One of the most best Seafoods Restaurants in the country. You’ll be surprised at the options, flavors, quality and quantity you’ll get at this establishment. The place is a quintessential “hole in the wall.” However it’s the best one you’ll love.

Mariscos La Costa is truly one of the last standing Mexican restaurants in the area who’s quality has not plummeted. This is one spot that Anthony Bourdain somehow has managed to miss, at his own peril. I drove past this little hole in the wall one day and decided to give it a go. The first thing I noticed was that the place was full and all of the patrons were local Mexicans, which is usually a sign that you’re in for some good food. I tried the fajitas, which came to $14 but thats no more expensive than Ted’s or some other overrated chain. I fancy myself somewhat of a fajita connoisseur and these reminded me of the food I had in Mexico. If you ask me, this is the best spot in the city for Mexican food. Everything is super fresh and very high quality. You’re going to spend $12-15 on a meal, but you’re getting massive portions. You’re really getting two meals worth of food and then some. I’m 6’3″ and i cannot finish my plate. The place is a bit of a dive, but that adds to its charm. It seems to be one of South OKCs best kept secrets. Mariscos la Costa is 100% a must try.

I give it four stars because the food was great. The sauce was spicy and delicious and the service was great! But where they lost a star from me was in the attitude of the lady working the register. I asked about the sauce I was given. Wanted the name of it. She looked at me like I was crazy and told me the sauce didn’t have a name. They must’ve thought I didn’t know Spanish but I do. I heard someone make fun of me and that was that.

This restaurant made me feel at home! Super small but Excellent service and the food was amazing! We showed up with about 25+ people and we got in quickly all of our orders were bought promptly! We went to Buffalo wild wings the night before with only 5 ppl and it took over 2hrs for wings!! I wish La Costa was open later we are all leaving on Sunday! Hopefully next year we can come back again!!

Great place for seafood. The place is rather small but don’t be fooled by it. The place has some flavor! My brother got the shrimp soup which includes some toasted bread. I got fluatas which were amazing.
