This is a cute place with great healthy food options. I ordered the Cali Smoothie Bowl($7.99). It was delicious! The staff is really nice. The restaurant is clean and decorated nicely. You should definitely check it out the next time you are looking for a healthy options.

Our 1st visit, I ordered the Fiesta salad, as shown in the picture. It was very good. My daughter got the Mediterranean bowl, no cheese, added Falafel, also very good….We differently will be back to try out juices & smoothie’s.

Was looking for something to quickly grab and eat and stumbled into this place and I’m so glad I did! The woman behind the counter was very nice and patient as I decided what I wanted and the food was so delicious! The tomato soup was the perfect combination of creamy and tomato and tasted home made. Next time I pass through New Albany I’ll definitely be stopping here again!

So recently I started my weight loss journey and was referred to this particular location by my dietitian. Was completely clueless as what to get or order, luckily the staff was amazing and friendly, particularly Leslie. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and was patient with me and very kind. Told him that I was Greek and he recommended the Mediterranean bowl and to my surprise it was amazing. Thanks to Leslie’s professionalism, customer service, and the delicious food, I am happy to say, I will definitely be returning and will highly recommend to all of my friends.

Solid fast causal joint, very healthy and fresh items. A tad bit pricey (had a smoothie and a bowl with chicken a little over $20) but worth it especially if you are looking for something filling and clean. Great option for any meal of the day as they do breakfast and lunch/dinner and have small grab and go stuff as well.

We eat here as a family regularly. I really like the dine-in because it is never crowded and our kids are young so it allows them to be a little louder and not bother anyone. I am usually not very good at creating a bowl without getting their pre-made ones. I tend to not like what I put in my bowl together so that would be my only drawback but it is my fault not theirs. I also love their juices especially the lemon ginger shot.

I got a bowl, burrito, and a wrap to try their offerings. So good, I’ll be a weekly customer at least. I did order online ahead of time and came to find that the orders aren’t actually placed to the local until 10 minutes or so before the expected pickup time. I was about 40 minutes early and the staff just went ahead and made my order off the email I had.
