I was super excited to get a Freddy’s in the area, but every time I have been there the service has been terrible. I went again tonight to give it another try and was met with the worst experience so far. I waited in the drive thru for 30+ minutes. I get to the window to wait another 15 minutes. They hand me my food and half of the order is missing. The cashier immediately went away from the window. I made eye contact and waved at other workers, but nobody offered to help. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant.

My first time trying this place. Service was good. We waited a while for food but they were busy. The Fri seasoning was good. This restaurant reminds me of steak and shake. It was hard to have a nice family meal with how loud it is inside. Definitely try the different steak burgers and dessert!!!

The food was Absolutely Amazing!! I am so glad they opened in the area. The other burger joints beware. They double bacon cheeseburger and Double cheeseburger combos were just as good as a home-cooked burgers. The shoe string fries are incredible. The manager was hands on and the staff was eager to help. Customer service was exceptional for just being open. Thank you for a job well done.

My family and I have been to Freddy’s numerous times. It’s more expensive than McDonald’s but it is well worth it! The food is great! Chicken, Burgers, Fries, Onion Rings. The custard is delicious. They have special sundaes, blizzard type things. I highly recommend!

People wonder how can a fast food place be 5 stars. The answer is that it is compared against others in its space. It isn’t about being a steak house it is about being a neighbor hangout where you can get great food, from friendly people at a good value. Freddy’s 5 Star is the place. Experience it for yourself and see. This is the place you crave when you don’t know what you want. Concretes are fantastic, doubles everyday all day, and those fries… sorry McD these are the best.

Burger was dry and smelled odd, like very strong grease; grossed me out a little. Overall everything was just ok, understand they just opened so will try again some other time. On the bright side, online pickup was a breeze and staff was friendly!

Have been watching the construction of this new Freddy’s for months, so was excited to finally test it out. Did not disappoint. Ray and Haley were very patient as our 20+ party ordered. The food was piping hot and delicious. Even the pickiness of the kids enjoyed the food. The staff was very courteous. Had the classic burger and fries. Super good. Looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu.

Me and my fiance first time there. There was no greeting. No one said anything to us until we ordered. I wanted the chicken tender. Then and only then was I told that they were out. We ordered our food and sat down to wait. The staff was just standing around, including one female who stared at us the entire time and made me feel uncomfortable. We finally got our food to go home and enjoy but my sandwich looked like someone tried to play baseball with it. If u let the sandwich sit for 5 minutes the bun turns into jelly and sticks to the roof of ur mouth. It was so bad I didn’t even finish it. The food was so bad I wouldn’t even let my dog eat this junk. I’ve been to hotdog stand that were better in food, atmosphere, and conversation then this place. I will never be going back and I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Ridiculously bad service 6 cars ahead, took forever to be served the exact opposite of fast food. 2 workers decided to take a smoke break at the height of the dinner rush 2 cars pulled out and left because the wait was so long and the employees reaction of this information was awesome free food. After driving home and waiting 30 minutes for a “fast meal” and getting opening the bag I realized they put cheese on my burger when I specifically asked for none. If I was the owner of this franchise I would be furious.
