Heaven forbid you go with a coupon. The employee said you can only use the coupon on the original menu. As I’m looking (because I usually get a BMT and there is not one on that menu even though that is certainly an original sandwich) she’s just saying “bread” over and over. I chose three subs and when I saw them I nearly left. One was a “cold cut combo” which is basically a bologna sandwich. I could have made that at home.

Love their steak n cheese ! The worker was kind of rude, but she is the only one I ever see in there so it’s understandable! She’s usually nice. Veggies didn’t look the greatest but everything else was good! Oh and I tried the pretzel with cheese for the 1st time… AMAZING!!

This is the worse subway ever . The same lady that works there is never welcoming and always has an attitude. I didn’t even take two steps inside and she yells “Cash or Card” . I asked if the spicy Italian was still on the menu and she said yes . However , she said I’m sure you’re using a “coupon” so you can’t get the spicy Italian . Why assume that I’m using a coupon ? I just can’t stand her and wish she would leave . I’m definitely calling corporate to get this handled . She doesn’t need to work with customers .

It is now closed permanently like it should be. The white lady I assume is the manager who is always there is very rude. The ice machine is never cleaned properly ONLY AT THIS LOCATION. I know this because there are always black specs all over the ice. Im assuming mold? All I know is the subway in Mckeesports ice is clean and staff always nice. The way a subway should be.

Just left here after picking up my mobile order and NEVER EVER again!
I forgot to order a footlong cookie with our order and I didn’t bring my wallet since I prepaid online.
So my daughter grabbed quarters (not pennies, dimes and nickels) QUARTERS out of my truck to pay. The lady stood there staring at her and refused to take them. So I took them from her hand and reached under glass divider to hand them to her and she said “I normally don’t take these”
Take what!?! US CURRENCY!! So of course my daughter felt bad and got nervous but tried to be nice and said “thank you….have a nice night” and the lady rolled her eyes!!! Are you kidding me? I told her she was rude and we wouldn’t be ordering from there again and she said Thanks bye.
I try to support local businesses but I’m done with this one. Just don’t.

Got spicy Italian,the bun was stale and smashed, there was 2pieces of meat on it. The meatball hoagie was disgusting and the steak and cheese was all soggy and smashed.whoever the girl behind the counter was rude and she said only the white bun was available and it was smashed and hard as a rock.we will never go there again. I paid 42$ for unfresh food….that girl should not be working there alone when she doesn’t even know what meats go on the hoagies..vry unpleasant and unprofessional.

Making two different orders on 1/15/23. We weren’t allowed to use to coupons. Now they have a shield in front of the meat and cheese so you can’t see how much they are putting on before toasting. I didn’t say anything because I am trusting. I got home to find there was barely any meat and when I pulled apart no cheese had been put on. Isn’t the first time I have had a bad experience there so will not be going there again.

I always have a decent experience at this store but the one worker Tiara went above and beyond to explain the online ordering when I called. The other worker was also working hard even though the customers she was dealing with were crackheads and trying to make fun of her. Tiara I even asked hey could you just make me another sandwich since I put the wrong coupon in, and she said no I can’t. Even when I offered a tip. She passed the test. I used to work for subway when I was 17 on 51 and Smithfield etc. owner sonny.
