Mom ordered a pizza. When you google Jimmy’s pizza Kenton, Ohio. And click on the menu tab. There is a yellow menu with there info on it and it has a 20in pizza. Mom ordered that since she had the family over. They never informed her that they don’t have it anymore and that 18 was the biggest or sheet. We measured the pizza with a tape measure and yes the bottom of the box says 18 but the pizza measured out to a 15. So we called. And well today I am not in the mood for argumentitive people that want to just get loud on the phone. They said they never had a 20 inch. Well the menu which was a Jimmy’s menu says different. And back when we lived in Kenton I know we ordered 20 inch pizzas. And yeah they don’t have control of Google but its there, plain as day. I then after getting off the phone thinking I must have screwed up based on the attitude I was given. Well guess what I wasn’t. Now we were running 20 mins late to get our pizza but thats on us. I then called back to calmly explain that I went back and looked onlybtrying to give them a courtesy that it was on there with the 20 inch pizza. To where I was met with arguing and anxiety talk again. I said Im only letting you know so that you are aware incase this happens again. But again could have just said we don’t have a 20 inch anymore we only have 18 and sheet. Would have solved some issues. So thinking we can move on now I can’t eat the pizza because the bottom of the pizza is burnt. Im not calling back I’ve had all the talk back and disrespect for one adventure. From now on we will just order Jac and Dos. They seem to be a lot nicer and don’t burn pizzas.

Ordered 2 subs. They said 25 to 30 minutes. It took them another 30 minuteds after that to “cook” my subs. Bread was soft and soggy and meat was still cold. They refused to pay me back. Wanted to make more subs. You couldn’t make them the first time, i want my money back. DO NOT EAT THERE!!

Hey, this place is most definitely a hidden gem. The service was exceptionally very well please understand you are coming to a family restaurant. They are not gonna put up with no Karen’s. Great prices. Good food food was nice and hot. I will most definitely be back. Check out the pizza fries and most. Definitely my favorite the Buffalo pizza.

We were driving through Kenton, and someone had recommended this restaurant. I think it was pretty good, my boyfriend was less than impressed, however. I didn’t go in to pick it up, so I’m not sure about the atmosphere, but it’s located in a GORGEOUS building with beautiful sidewalks!

I’m in here changing my review because after I recommended them to my family. Tonight I was at my mothers house and we ordered 2 extra large pizzas which was around 55$, but they were both burnt and I don’t mean crispy I mean burnt. My son threw up he didn’t know it was that burnt. Very disappointed because I like these folks and just have to go on here because it was egregious, sorry guys but don’t send garbage to someone for 50$.

Look’ these chef salads are terrible I’m contrast to way used to be. There’s literally half the food in the box. There’s no reason to short lettuce. Also. I received a small pepperoni pizza I fed to my dogs because even visually There’s no way I d have served it. The deluxe pizza was good and I’d recommend to anyone. But don’t buy chef salad from here. It’s highly disappointing. There was a time these chef salads were the best. I’ve turned Grey haired since that time
