Our first time since this changed to a bbq joint. We had Mac & cheese with pulled pork. I didn’t finish it and had no interest in taking home leftovers.

We went to the restaurant after lunch as a family.. the food was delicious . My husband’s platter had so many good choices, meat cooked to perfection. My son had the brisket grilled cheese w/ fries it was so good. My daughter had the kids meal cheeseburger with fries w/ apple sauce, she ate more than usual. And I had the mushroom Fettuccine pasta w/shrimp, it was so good, the Alfredo sauce was different but delicious. We left stuffed and took home the leftovers. Our waitress was so polite and the atmosphere was family friendly. Totally recommend this place to everyone.

Loved the food! The steak bites and loaded fries were fantastic. Our server, Brittany, was great. Give that girl a raise!

Stopped in first visit on Saturday 8-19-2034 for supper. As a bit of a wing nut I had to try the peanut butter ghost pepper jelly wings. Wonderful wings! Thick blue cheese on the side with celery too. I ordered a 3-meat sampler platter…great brisket, pulled pork and ribs! The onion rings and cole slaw were very good. I ended up bringing half my meal home for a 2nd fulfilling meal of leftovers a day later. I live in the cities but would definitely stop again. Great service at the table by a pleasant server and nice atmosphere. Not loud and able to have a conversation with my spouse. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Had the build your own chicken sandwich with cheese and BBQ. The portion size of the chicken breast was definitely lacking (much smaller than I am used to having when visiting other restaurants) and half of it was burnt. The waffle fries that you pay $2.00 extra for were soggy and barely warm.

The staff were super nice but this was the worst food I’ve had at a sit down restaurant in a long time. Their cowboy beans – which I’ve had other places and enjoyed- tasted like the smell cigarette butts. My chicken was burnt, and not like the good type if grill burn crispness you get where it adds flavor I mean like the kind because someone left it for too long and it tasted like charcoal on the edge and I had to cut off the sides. They also fudged up two other orders in our party. Again, staff was super nice but the food was awful. Would not recommend.

Where’s the smoke?? Had the meat platter and it was less than ideal.

Went there for the first time since the change from carbones. My review is purely on what we had. To start off we had onion rings. Probably the worst onion rings we’ve ever had. They seemed fresh battered but the batter was extremely thick and like rubbery bread. It also had a seasoning on on it that wasn’t necessary. To top that off the onion itself had zero flavor. For dinner we had the “meat plate”. In that was some pulled pork, some brisket, a few ribs, and sausage, and a side. The pulled pork had good texture, but lacked any flavor whatsoever. The only flavor it had was the bbq sauce they pre spun it in. Beside trying to cover up for lack of flavor, i dont know why they would spin it in sauce. And I’m not sure what direction they were trying to go with that sauce. If they make it themselves. If not they should buy a different sauce. By the vinegar smell and tangy taste im guessing carolina. But Iv never had a BBQ sauce that tasted like chili before. To me it completely ruined the pulled pork. The ribs also had no flavor. Beside that chili flavored sauce they put on it. Which ruined them right off the bat for me. Beside that they had no bark whatsoever and didn’t look like they’ve seen a smoker. They were pale as if cooked in an oven. Not saying they were. But they didn’t look like a grill or smoker of any kind even kissed them. The membrane was also still on it and it was slimy, soggy, and soft. Which leads me to believe they possibly kept warm or reheated with steam. The brisket was actually pretty decent. That was tender and not dry. Like everything else it lacked any kind of flavor that you would get from a grill or smoker and had no bark. The last meat was the sausage. That was pretty decent. Nothing special, but not disappointing. The waitress we had was really nice and helpful. Overall when it comes to the BBQ we had, it was extremely disappointing. For a place to have smoke in their name, it lacked any. It would be tough for me to label it anywhere close to being “BBQ”.

We had a very tasty dinner the other night. Myself as well as several other family members are gluten free and we all manage to find something on the menu. The sandwiches can be made gluten free and they have a very tasty gluten free bun that can be substituted for regular bread or buns.
