I wanted this to be so much better… our server was new and very nice but obviously had not been trained well, it wasn’t intentional but there was a lot to be left desired. The food was good bit, as we were the ONLY table at 7pm on a Saturday and it took 30 minutes for our entrees… sigh. I had high hopes and hope they can figure out how to support their staff better.

What a surprising experience at Franklin Social. We expected a regular hotel breakfast experience until we got a server Lizzie. Not only she was attentive and caring like it’s a bunch of old friends coming to visit the place, she have shown a very professional skills addressing all we can wish for in a brunch. Morning turned into festive event full of laughter and great times thanks to Lizzie . Highly recommend it. Oh well for a special experience , see if you get Lizzie – she made it happen . Thank you !

This place looks cute, but service took a while. Our waitress was all by herself, with a bartender that was in and out. Looked like a manager was in the floor but barely present. All of food took quiet awhile to come out but it was all decent. Semi cold got my burger but after waiting so long I didn’t complain. Our waitress was super sweet but you can tell a little stressed. Not from around here, but I’ll remember to maybe try another place next time I’m out here

Lizzie took care of me this afternoon. She was so pleasant, accommodating, and made the best side car cocktail of my life. I will be back. Cheers

We came here after visiting another local bar and our experience has been amazing. The Benjamin Burger was cooked to perfection. Absolutely delicious. Nasir was our server and he’s also in training. His conversation was on point and his customer service was incredible. He was super friendly and made good recommendations. He invited us back to see him which we totally will. If you’re in the area definitely make sure you check out this spot for a drink, a good burger and tots. We’ll be back soon!

I like that they have French inspired breakfast menu on one side and American menu on the other side. Visited at least 4-5 times over our hotel stay at the Renaissance for breakfast and lunch. Service has been good if it’s not busy and food was wonderful. Nice vibe and decor as well.

Found this place on Yelp after a friend went “gluten-free ish”. It’s located inside the renaissance hotel. Decent menu, drinks, etc. The decor is nice. We went on a Sunday night and it was empty or what people might call “intimate”. I had the foie, friend had the roast chicken, and we shared an order of the truffle frites. My foie was good, a bit oily but cooked well. Small portion but to be expected (it’s a goose not a horse). Friend’s chicken was good, little dry. The frites were limp and oily. Dessert was chocolate mousse which tasted like it was prepared in house. Overall not a bad meal but nothing exceptional.

Very nice decor, a shame they didn’t invest the same attention to detail into the food. Waffles were excellent (but expensive for a kid), the rest was very average. No coffee refill.
