Half the time the sandwiches are light and seeming to be missing half the meat and the other half they make half assed sandwiches like this mind you I was the only one in line not rushing and being polite. At least try its 1 sandwhich not rocket science

Have time to write review on my lunch break because I have the order at 10:05 am set to be delivered at 11:15 am and it’s currently 1150 and I have ten mins left I my break and I doubt I’ll be able to eat now. I did call at 1125am and they said it’s leaving the store soon. So glad I tipped 5$ for late delivery. Notice the time on screen shots.

The food was excellent. We went through the drive-through in the evening. I didn’t feel particularly safe. That’s not the Restaurant’s fault, but just as a warning for people coming after dark. The service was fine, but not great.

Allie is the best employee EVER!!! This store makes the best sandwiches and they are so polite and nice. Allie goes above and beyond to make you feel like a valued customer. In today’s world where everyone is grumpy and nobody seems to like their job, seeing her smile always makes my day. She makes the effort to remember me and is ALWAYS in a happy mood and willing to help. Honestly, seeing her makes me day. I won’t go to another Jimmy John’s location because this one is the best!!! Order placed at 12:18 for delivery. Im writing this review at 1:34, I live 4 minutes across the street, and still no food has been delivered. I’ve called four times to cancel, nobody will answer.

I order from here often and never have a problem! Today I had a minor error on my sandwich, and the manager happily obliged in a quick remake to remove the unwanted ingredient. I am grateful for the splendid atmosphere, but even more so for the spectacular customer service. The Female manager I met was so kind. I will return!
