In general this location has quick service and okay food but twice now I have received my simple ham and cheese sandwich without the cheese. First and probably last time at this location! Extremely RUDE employees .41$ for two 16 inch. sadwichs would have been ok if they were at least 20$ worth of sandwich! I had a turkey and bacon with ONLY 1 ,yes 1 piece of bacon and 2 tomatoes! C’mon. 20$ for one 16 inch sandwich that had more lettuce and mayo than anything else,quite frankly is not worth it ! I was half thru my sandwich. Before I even had a bite of turkey.This is not like any other Jimmy John’s I have ever been to! I’d have to write a whole other review for the other 20$ sandwich . Unfortunately I didn’t get enough nutrition from lunch to even have the energy to leave another review!

Food is good but they have gotten my order wrong two times in a row now. Adding ingredients I don’t want and not adding those I asked for. Repeated correctly in the drive through but when I got the sandwich it was wrong. This has happened 2 times in a row. Would give 4 stars if it was just once and 5 if the orders were always right.

I came into the place on Jan 2nd, 2023. I ordered a gargantuan but, the location got me jumped for my sandwich by homeless people! What I retrieve of the sandwich was just ham and lettuce and when I ate it, it tasted horrible without the good feeling of cold cuts. The service atleast compensated me but told me to show a receipt even though I just order and they watched me got jumped.

Today I had a weird issue with my order and the manager, Kristen I believe, was the most helpful person ever. She fixed my issue right away and really made it work for me. The driver she sent was just as nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my Jimmy John’s experience today. Thanks guys!

These guys are awesome. We put in a rather large order a week in advanced, for my uncle’s memorial service. (Jimmy John’s was his favorite) not only did they have everything ready when we needed it, it was fresh, they accommodated dietary restrictions for one person, amd they loaded the car. Absolutely amazing company, with great service and wonderful food. Well done guys.

Now, I’ve only ordered here once through Door Dash last night. So keep that in mind. I have to say, Jimmy Johns uses their own drivers to deliver their Door Dash orders, not Door Dash drivers. Turns out this is excellent! Jimmy Johns made my food super fresh and they were surprisingly fast bringing it to me! They didn’t even call or text me for directions. They found my exact place all on their own up off of Astrozon. Their sub buns are the best! Absolutely firm and fresh sub bread that can hold all of the ingredients the right way. The way they package orders is also excellent! Everything is put together well, correct, wrapped nicely, and then sealed good. Love this place for the one time I ordered so far!!! They are better than Subway in my opinion.
