Stumbled across this new gem in downtown Clinton, walked in way outside lunch hours, but they were friendly and welcoming. Ordered the Shrimp Creole: smooth, rich and tasty, not buried in one spice. Owner brought out a couple lagniappes, crawfish etouffee and dirty rice.

Let’s start with the food… at our table we had crawfish étouffée, beans and rice, gumbo, jambalia, and a Poboy. That’s the whole menu and we ordered it all. Interestingly… there were no prices on the menu….This is Louisiana-esk flavor cuisine. But for those of us the frequent the big easy… you know you can’t have gumbo without okra and you can’t have etouffee without crawfish you can see.

Sweet Lawd!!! What a delicious meal!! I’ve tried several of their dishes via samples, and it was hard to decide, they’re ALL delish!! Sweet tea was perfect, atmosphere was perfect, service was perfect, and The owners were perfect!! I’m giving them 10 ⭐️ stars!! I’ll definitely be back & I’ll be bringing more friends!
