So, I placed a pick up order online. It says you can pay with a credit card or cash at the door. When you get to the payment portion, it only has the credit card option. It says the pickup time is 25 minutes. I arrive to drive thru window in 30 minutes. I state my name. Employee looks at computer and says, the order never came through, but we’ll make it for you really quick, just hold tight. At this point, since the only option was to prepay for my order, I had to wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Now remember that they said the order never came through? They never asked me what I had ordered, but when they finally hand me food, the order was correct. So, apparently the order did come through, but they forgot to make it, or just didn’t. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this isn’t the first time I have had to wait a long time to get my order.

Pizza and sandwiches are delicious. Great customer service too! There was a mistake with my order, called, they took care of it immediately and brought me the correct order. I think their pizza is much better than Ginos & Giovannis. The pizza sauce is so good!
