Not Impressed.. My friend & I went during the week around 1:30. Ordered drinks & the small charcuterie board, be advised they have different sizes. The waiter asked us if we wanted to order our main meal we told him what we wanted. A little later, he brought the board & asked if we wanted to order?? Reminded him we did… when our order gets to us, my friend’s tomato basil soup is cold. He wasn’t sure if they had crackers for the soup or what type of bread. Every time we asked a question, he had to verify with the bar keeper (we found out the bar keeper was on his 3rd day!) After we got our meal I saw both the barkeeper & the waiter sitting at the bar on their phones.

I don’t know why this place was mostly empty when I visited on a recent work trip, as the service and food was really good. I had a spicy pineapple margarita which was expertly prepared by a very friendly bartender. He recommended the dirty Nashville chicken sandwich which was expertly breaded and cooked to perfection.

We love the Boardwalk Area of Granite Park and decided to try Fork & Fire. The Pastrami Sandwich and Blackened Salmon Sandwich were very tasty.

The goods – great time with great people. Chicken and waffles. Beautiful weather. The bad – everything else. Orders incorrect and undercooked. No refills. No service. We made a reservation for noon. There were maybe 5 other tables at the time. Drink orders taken probably 30 minutes after we were seated. Another 30 for food. Another 30 to get food. Just underwhelming. Manager made excuses. Server finally apologized. Compensation was given but that’s not why we were there. One table just up and left while we were there. I really do try to be patient but the server gave us attitude and I’m just disappointed he was not the party Charlie he promised us.

The only positive thing about this brunch was the server. Our reservation was at 11:30am and by that time they didn’t have any more coffee and never brought the OJ refill because they were squeezing it; mind you, the restaurant is empty.

The food here is amazing, I especially love the frittatas and have been here many times. The location for the restaurant is also beautiful! We were sat outside on the patio which was located by the boardwalk. It’s definitely worth visiting at night. what made it the best experience were the servers Destin and Lexi. They made it feel like a family safe place where you are treated as a guest and not a customer.

It was a beautiful 80 degree weather day Saturday so we decided to head to the Boardwalk area to have lunch on the water. Fork & Fire seemed like the perfect spot to try out. We had their signature Crostini Board to start us off. The Crostini’s consisted of mushroom thyme fig, olive & goat cheese heirloom tomato & basil grilled pear, and bleu & honey avocado & tomato. They were so delicious and definitely something we would highly recommend getting.

Service was absolutely trash. the same drink came out three different ways. The $25 steak plate is literally the portion you’d expect at a Michelin star tasting. my food was cold. and one of the guests waited 1.5 hrs for an old fashioned that was abandoned at the bar. served watery and over smoked. that should’ve been remade.
