Flower child is a vibrant restaurant offering a wide variety of healthy meals in the Foggy Bottom area. Salads, bowls, entrees, wraps – whatever you’d like – with protein options like chicken, steak, salmon, shrimp, and tofu. Located next door to North Italia, it’s a great lunch spot. Always busy but with quick service. Flower Child is an unbeatable salad spot. Only complaint is the pricing – I’ve gone here several times and each visit is between $20-30. For the casual dining environment, the prices are a bit steep. However, the portions are generous and food’s tasty. I’ll continue to dine here and recommend anyone looking for a solid and casual networking location, quick meal, and healthy salad.

Very delicious blends..the chicken enchiladas were highly recommended by wait staff..The bathrooms were clean.well-stocked with paper towels and soap..had handicap rails and diaper changing station. Very bright and colorful place. Outdoor dining available..the music is loud inside in the evening…the sangria is fabulous .the wine excellent .you will enjoy this place if you go with good company. Wow. I was so impressed with the service as well as the food. I have so many allergies and they handled it like pros. Patrick brought out a book with ingredients to see if I could have the pudding I mentioned while placing my order. I had the Salmon with gold potatoes and roasted broccoli. The flavors were so good that I didn’t need any pepper/lemon/etc. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a well priced, allergy friendly, ton of options meal.

This place has great vegan and vegetarian options, and is really cute inside! We came here for a quick lunch. You order at the front and after seating yourself your food is brought to you. I got the grilled chicken thigh yaki noodles. Although the portion seemed large I found myself hungry within an hour. It’s very light. The flavor was also ok, nothing amazing. My friend got the tofu wrap which she enjoyed. It’s a good place for a quick lunch, but didn’t feel anything stand out to me.
